Very good store! The ladies in the store are very nice and patient, they gave me good advise instead recommend me something experience.

Angel and Brianna here are awesome! I called them about 15 min before they were closing and asked them to see if they had a product I needed and if they could put it on hold for me,they were super friendly and said they had it ready to go .I was already on my way from work hoping I would make it on time and I made it there at 8 on the dot (closing time)and they still had them for me ! I am so greatful ! I grabbed some hair dye really quick once I was there too and they were so nice and helpful! the two associates were Angel and Brianna ! Customer service here is awosme! I can't thank them enough!

I've only been here three (3) times and each time I've had a weird interaction with the staff or they act weird towards me. During my last visit to this store there were two staff members. One Caucasian female and one Asian male with long hair and piercings.

Before I walked in the store I could see both of them talking to themselves, arms length apart. As I walked in the male greets me but the tone was more of "sigh, another customer, how could I help you?". I quickly said "no, I'm good, thank you." As I passed by them, I can hear the male talk in a lower voice saying "I wasn't going to help you anyways" and then they both giggle as if they're in elementary school.

This bothered me the entire time but thankfully I was in and out without their help. I'll happily drive further away if it means I can get some competent customer-staff interaction.

Absolute trash of a store, horrible service. I purchased a pair of clippers for over a hundred dollars and recieved no help at all. The clippers did not work and upon taking it back to their store they accused me of tampering with the item when i simply wished for assistance with the new unusable clipper. Worst experience ever. Rude service.
