The young man who waited on us was shy, hesitant at first, but when he realized we were seriously looking for luggage, he warmed up and was very accommodating. His customer service was outstanding. We ended up purchasing two sets of luggage because he had a very pleasant demeanor and pointed out discounts and savings on all the luggage we looked at there. We were from out of town, so this was very helpful.

It's a nice place to get travel items, but a little expensive for my taste. However it is an ideal place to get good stuff for travel so go check it out you might find a Dimond in the rough
