T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I accidentally cracked my phone screen and found myself at this store after work. The staff was extremely accommodating, thank you Sabrina for offering some entertainment for my daughter, while the manager pushed my sale through. GEvery customer that came after me felt the same (grateful)
expressed in laughs and conversation.

Bri took care of me last week. I had an upgrade and she took her time, found me the best deal, saved me money AND found me the cutest accessories for my new iPhone! She could definitely be a manager, her people skills are on point.

Excellent experience with this T-Mobile store. I called ahead, the manager let me know the phone I wanted was in stock.

When I got there, a new employee helped me but she got me through my transaction easily and I was in and out of the store with my Pixel 6 in like 19 minutes.

Awesome experience, as a newcomer in town but long time T-Mobile user, glad to have this store nearby

The customer service here is outstanding. Switching from my old carrier was extremely easy. The people here are very informative and they make sure you are prepared to switch. I would recommend this Sprint to any other Sprint in the area. Although they are not a service and repair center anymore. They help you out as much as they can. Which i greatly appreciated. They also saved me money from my old carrier.

Malcolm and his team were incredible in helping us upgrade a phone. They answered every question we had with lightning speed and explained everything thoroughly. He didn't try to upsell us or push for any add ons, visiting this Sprint store was a walk in the park. Took us under 30 seconds to get help once we walked in the door, and less than 45 minutes to get out. Highly recommend this store's staff, it's obvious they care and enjoy their jobs.

I brought a phone online and went to the mall to get working. The girl who helped me was on social media and did not help me at all. I came here the next day and Josh helped me. I was so grateful for his help! He was friendly and sincerely did all that he could to make sure my problem was resolved.

I’ve been a Sprint Customer for 20 years.I don’t get new phones often because of the hassle but Vanessa and I think the other girl was the store manager went out of there way to get me the best deals they could..I am so thankful for there hard work and left there knowing I wasn’t pressured into something I didn’t need.Great people and great service thanks girls.The Fairfield Sprint store is A1
