The UPS Store

We had to return our spectrum cable boxes. After we wrapped that up. I decided to look into making some business cards for my mother in law’s alterations business.
Matt, the manager, was so nice. He showed us several different kinds of card choices and he was so polite.
I really like the feeling of being appreciated as a customer.

I wanted to shout the graphic designer Daniel, I walked in with a problem and he solved my problem. He was courteous and kind and helped me with my menu program for my wedding. I had went to numerous printing places like staples and they couldn’t help me, but Daniel understood my vision and executed.

Convenient process, quick to be acknowledged and helped, notary services which were a life-saver the other day and overall good demeanor and willing spirit of the employees.

I haven't always had the friendliest service here but today was amazing. I am shipping a small care package to my college-aged daughter in Australia - I had no idea what a pain it is! And while I'm trying to get that done, of course tons and tons of people are pouring in for "normal" shipping. Kudos to Issa (on his own for most of the visit) who was an amazing multi-tasker, was so patient explaining to me all of the detailed information he had to put in for ever single item in the box (including a single granola bar). And the best part - the smile never left his face.

I had to mail off packages today. The staff is always so professional, helpful and friendly. No matter how short or long the line is they always have great energy

No matter how hard we try not to stereotype, we still do. Even if our intentions are kind.

Darian is a type of person that I would imagine in a corporate office of UPS. This is not to diminish hard work I observed that everyone did while I was packaging, with Darian’s help, my horribly oversized package.

Some people just stand out. Professional, polite, very helpful, with great attitude and, what is more important, genuine care about me as a customer. At the same time while she was helping me she was aware who was coming through the door. I did not feel that she lost her focus.

I hope UPS Corporate Office has a program to grow talent from the front lines all the way to high level of management.

Me and my husband needed to scan multiple documents and this store was so helpful! We were helped by Issa and he not only went through every document with us to do rescans, but he also stayed over an extra 30 minutes and did not all make us feel rushed. He was so kind that I actually felt the need to do this review to give him the credit he deserves. I will be visiting this location from now, excellent service!

Service was great. Darian was extremely nice and efficient. Returned a couple things from Amazon and was in and out in less then 4m

The store ended up closing while we were there because we had so many documents to scan but Issa and the rest of their team stayed late just to help us and was so amazing. They did not make us feel rushed. Thank you Issa for going above and beyond for us!

Jaime was an absolute saint as well as the other employees! I'm shipping an expensive package to Puerto Rico and they worked with me for over an hour to figure out how to ship it. These guys are awesome and I highly recommend this location!

when I first arrived at this UPS location, I was greeted by Jamie. She was very friendly and informative. Answered all questions that I had. Darian was just as polite and helpful. A very welcoming store. Great staff!!!

I know if I ship with UPS it’s most likely going to make it! Shipping with other carriers and the post office is just not as dependable.

Everyone at the UPS Store (Store 2690) is always very professional and friendly when I stop in. I ship items there regularly and occasionally have business brochures/flyers printed. They are always fast and the quality is great as well. Highly recommend.

I consistently have great experiences at this UPS store. They’ve helped me with shipping, passports, and prints/enlarging photos. The staff is super friendly. Matt always takes the time to make sure he gets it right and is very knowledgeable about sizing and dimensions. I really appreciate all his help. Highly recommend!!!

Great and honest people work here!! I left my wallet on the counter Saturday while dropping off a package. After searching my house and car for hours I all but gave up finding it. Retracing my last known time using my wallet I went back Monday morning asking if maybe I had left it there as my last hope. Sure enough the friendly girl behind the counter smiled and said they had been holding it hoping I would figure out I left it there. It's nice to be reminded that there are honest and trustworthy people in our town! THANK YOU to the great employees at this business, you made my day!! I've been here many times over the years and the employees here are always incredibly friendly and helpful. You will always have me as a loyal customer for my package delivery needs!

Good store. Great staff! Matthew always goes the extra mile in making sure my packages are done up right and get out on time. Definitely recommend this store.

Never did I think I’d enjoy a UPS experience so much. It’s a get in get out type of errand, but Matt was so much fun! He really made an impression with his positive and funny attitude!!! I’ll be using this location from now on. 😁

My fav shipping store to go to in this area. Matt (the owner) always goes above and beyond to assist me with my shipping needs. I was out of town and the package was delivered to my home while no one is home. He helped me picked it up from the porch and shipped it to my other address at the time.

This UPS Store the customer service people are friendly and helpful. I have mailed out so many packages over the years and never had any problems, with people or businesses not receiving them. The store is clean and easy to find . I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get packages sent or buy stamps.
