The UPS Store

There is a nice lady here. When you have issues with packaging or need help she goes out of her way to help you. I do not know her name but she is about 5'9 and Asian. Younger lady. Very considerate and helps you with amazon packaging. She would make a good manager.

Great service from JV at this store. I had a late drop off and he stayed open and helped me get everything properly ready for shipping.

This is my favorite place for shipping especially Amazon returns. I go in the afternoon to avoid crowd. Even if there is a crowd the line moves fast since 3-4 people work at the same time. The manager Ryza is a sweet person. Always greets you with a smile and gives you all the information whether you want to ship domestically or internationally. She also does notary. Other staff members are nice too. The great thing is they are open on Sunday too.

Super efficient and polite. There were a long line of customers and the three guys working here today (Sat 1/13 1:30pm) were so efficient handling a myriad of requests and cleared the line in no time.

I went to this store to send a package internationally. Peggy was very helpful and found and corrected a mistake in the address I was sending to.
I bought some other items when I was in the store , but forgot them when I left . Peggy called and alerted me, I came back and picked them up.
Peggy did a great job, she is an asset to the store!

Can’t speak for other reviewers but I had a very pleasant experience. Went in to return AT&T equipment and the guy took care of it for me pretty quickly. He was polite and friendly. This was my first time visiting the store, always put off by the really poor ratings , but I am glad I gave them a chance. Maybe a change in management or employees happened recently but I sure can vouch for them.

I have been going to this store for about 5 years. I have been totally satisfied with the service and helpfulness of the staff. I love this store

I don't understand why this place is rated so poorly. I consistently receive excellent customer service here when I come to ship return for online orders. All the employees are super nice and helpful! I went today, and even though it was busy with only two people working, an elder Indian lady was gracefully helping customers across three registers efficiently and effectively with such a cheerful attitude. I was genuinely really impressed. Most places like this I feel like the employees don't want to be there and put in minimum effort but not here.

To be fair, I have only used their services for returning online orders. It is possible their other services are not as seamless and nice, which might be what other people complain about. But I think for returns (which I assume is what most people use UPS for at this point) this place is great!

I don't usually post reviews like this (or at all), but I was so impressed by the customer service, I thought I should do it.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I’ve been using this location for the last couple of years for, admittedly, an overly abundant amount of Amazon returns. I am greeted with smiles even when I feel like I don’t deserve them because of how many returns I have in my hands. Once, I didn’t realize that I had to print out my own return label or three and the gal at the register helped me figure out how to log onto their in-store computer and print them out instead of having to go home and do it. I don’t know, I really like this location and I am really grateful for the staff that works there.

Pros: All went smooth. I had to return a package from Amazon: went into the store, they scanned the bar code, asked if I wanted a receipt and left. It took less than 1 minute to leave my stuff there. The staff was helpful and the store was empty. There is plenty of parking.
Cons: They charge $3 to print your label if you did not at home - WTH!

It's amazing to still have people in this world that help you without an attitude!

Myself and three family members have used this place to receive and send mail for years. I go multiple times a week. I have also used the notary, copy, and desktop services. Sometimes they get swamped, but they do their best to help people in a timely and friendly manner. I suggest not going during their peak hours of 4:00-6:00 pm if you want to find easy parking and get in/out super fast. They make me feel special by usually remembering my PO Box #. :-) Friendly staff, professional, helpful, and efficient. 👍🏻

Small place but very useful. It’s not usually crowded

I don’t know why the one stars...but people forget to consider this UPS is open even on weekends. Been here multiple times, returning Amazon items only. No complaints with this location nor workers except for customers. (The customer who was third in line but stood at the doorway, until all customers inside were gone. The lady forced everyone else in line to wait outside in the sun, and she wasn't even ready with her QR codes when she got to the counter).

I went there for a notary and they (Soheil) did an excellent job. Even though my notary work was not a routine one, they patiently work with me and the recepient of the notarized document (who was on the phone) to ensure it is done properly.

Using The UPS Store for a local business address has been a big help. Ryza and her team promptly notify us when a package is delivered. We have had both mail and packages forwarded to us as we travel. My needs are met 100% and Ryza in particular is very friendly and professional.

Sometimes there is a line but it moves pretty fast. All of the employees that I've come in contact with have been nice and professional. They have a great selection of funny greeting cards which I wasn't expecting.

Today I went to this location to
Send 9 packages each tO a diferente part of the globe and I was lucky enough to have a manager called Ryza helping me, she was so kind and patient that is hard to believe that this type of service still exists! She also gave me a huge discounts on my packages, saving me a lot of money on shipping. I couldn’t be happier about it and thankful to Ryza .. I
Will recommend and I will still coming to this location, the best service experience living in The Valley until now!
Also everybody was using mask and respecting the virus health protocol !!

Been here over 10 times and I've never had a problem with the staff or with my items being shipped. This place has been reliable and a pleasure doing business with. Definitely plan on coming back.
