AT&T Store

My phone was suddenly not working. The gentleman that assisted me was very polite and persistent until he resolved the problem. I am very pleased how well it works now. Very happy with his service.

Ralynte and Laikyn the two of them went above and beyond the call of duty and i am more than pleased. I am a VERY happy customer. AMAZING JOB SAVANNAH!

Awesome customer service! I was greeted as soon as I came in, I did have to wait a little bit to be helped due to the staff being busy with other customers. The representative Gabby helped me with my needs. Did not make me feel rushed or pressured me to buy anything I did not want. Gabby was awesome! Will definitely return to this location!

Every time I go into this store, for whatever reason, I am continually greeted in a pleasant and professional manner. The employees are knowledgeable and are always determined for the customer to receive the care they need. They're the major reason I've been with AT&T since 2002. And in this day and age, I highly value such quality in customer service.

Jordan Lambert and Jordan Eledge were the best! They were very patient. Both were very knowledgeable with our wireless products. This is a very busy store which is the only reason why we had to wait. But it gave us time to look around. We will definitely recommend this store and we will definitely return to the Savannah AT&T store. We were especially impressed with how Jordan Lambert was able to multiple task while taking care of several customers with different needs. Thank you Jordan L everything.

After tolerating years of deteriorating cell phone service, basic abuse and total lack of caring about their customers, I finally fired Verizon.

I went to the AT&T store in Savannah, TN where I met Jordan, the assistant manager. What a change! He is truly a breath of fresh air. He is everything I could have hoped for. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and very importantly, patient. By the time we were finished, I had a much better plan, better signal (Verizon won't fix the tower near me), and was even able to use our old phones AND get a lot of credit on our bill for doing so! I am so happy to end that abusive relationship with Verizon.
