Larry, the owner, is a great guy! Andrew and Tori who help in the store, are also awesome. All three helped me and my son get started on our Airsoft journey. Andrew, who has tons of knowledge, helped us pick out our first guns and he helped in organizing the accessories needed to safely play out in the field. If you want to get started, America Airsoft is the place to go. Larry, Andrew and Tori are very patient with newbies and I found their customer service is much better than the other Airsoft stores in Sacramento and Lodi. What makes America Airsoft is Ukau's Airsoft Field right next door. If you buy your guns when they are opened on Thursday - Sunday, you can test and have the guns set up right outside the America Airsoft store trailer.

America Airsoft has the best gear for Airsoft! Excellent customer service. The owner and staff are friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and just really cool people to talk to. I highly recommend this store to my family and friends.

I'm new to the airsoft scene and I brought in my gun to get it fixed and parts swapped and they pointed out the broken pieces and swapped and fixed it all Infront of me, also while showing me how it should function if put together correctly. 10/10 would go again.

They got a indoor shooting range to test out your guns. Staff is amazing they help you understand rather than rushing u with a bunch of information like other stores.

The Best Airsoft Store and Customer Service hands down! They are the best around nothing comes close! The owner is extremely helpful and his customer service is the best. His employees are great and extremely helpful as well. Driving from Stockton I will drive past another Airsoft Store (In Lodi) because I know the customer service here is night and day compared to that other place. I highly recommend this place if your just starting out or been playing for years. They will take the time to answer all your questions and guide you the right direction.

The store and it's staff are incredible. Larry and Andrew helped with our questions and explained their services and products very well. Plus they have a 10 acre airsoft field that gives you a real life experience. Will come back again.

I found this store purely by chance when I typed in airsoft store near me. I drove over one hour to visit the location and I have to say I was very impressed. The owner and his staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! One might say the store is on the smaller side but I would tell you don't be fooled by appearances. Their inventory is phenomenal! Accessories galore, looking for that harder to find equipment and gear? Chances are, they probably have it. That day I was on the hunt for the elusive AAP-01 and I purchased three from them with a small handful of accessories I couldn't find in stock anywhere else. Best of all very little price markups too. Super glad to have made the trip and I will be returning soon!

My son wanted to get into airsoft so I started researching on how to get started in airsoft online. There's only so much you can learn on your own so I visited America Airsoft. My decision to do so couldn't been any better. When my son and I entered the store we were greeted right away by Shawn. I let Sean know off the bat that we were not going to make any purchases on this visit since we are new to airsoft. This did not deter him from providing top notch service. He and Issac, another awesome and knowledgeable America Airsoft employee answered all my questions and concerns. They gave great advice for beginners and I never felt preasure to buy anything. They spent so much time with my son and I answering questions and allowing us to handle a variety of ERG'S. They recommend not buying an expensive ERG for my son's first choice. Something that does not happen often. This let me know they were looking out for my best interest. A week latter, I went back to America Airsoft and made my purchase. I know that my son will love his birthday day present thanks to Shawn, Issac and America Airsoft. America Airsoft, you guys are the best.

Very accommodating and friendly staff and owner. Aside from the change in venue and inventory, service itself has only improved for the 5+ years they've been open.

I'm not able to show up as often as I used to be able to but wanted to purchase a hi-spec airsoft gun; when I called they were able to facilitate not just a purchase over the phone but they were able to hold it onsite a short period until a buddy could pick it up.

Larry, the owner, is highly knowledgeable and kind, as are the rest of his staff. If they can't answer your question you can bet they'll eventually find it and get back to you.

My son has recently gotten me interested in airsoft. If you do it, you know there is a ton of information involved. After a week of online research of my own I had barely scratched the surface. We started visit various shops and luckily America Airsoft was one of them. We met the owner Larry that day. He is awesome. Even though I informed him I was not in a position to purchase right then, he gladly spent an hour of his time showing us items and answering our many questions. He went to this extent so that ultimately we would be happy airsoft players, whether we bought from his store or not. Being aware that my only power as a consumer is choosing wisely where I will and WON'T spend my money, I knew then that we had found our go to airsoft store. I came back after payday and bought all of the basics to get us started and any time we need anything, we will be headed to America Airsoft. Anywhere else would be a waste of my time. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Wow. I can tell you with certainty that this is worth a visit. My son and I had drove over a hundred miles today to check out airsoft stores and battlefields. This place has it all. The outdoor field is huge and very well kept. The airsoft supply store is top notch. The owner Larry was very impressive. I started with some technical questions and he took the time to explain, gave me some online resources, and also gave me his contact info and told me I could call him with any questions I have and he'd do the very best to answer them. That's not all, after browsing for a few minutes I realized that his pricing was great. Also, everything that I currently needed was there. Willingness to share information, great pricing, great inventory, and awesome battle arena make this a must for any airsoft soldier.

I will be coming to America Airsoft from now on. The customer service here is absolutely amazing. I am new with HPA units and mine was leaking, and they we so nice and were able to fix the leak that day. They have all of the products you will ever need there and their store is amazing. 10/10 would recommend coming here.

I've yet to meet anyone who is as welcoming, kind, nice, and intelligent as he is. He welcomes everyone into his shop with open arms and a big smile. He is always willing to solve any problems you throw at him. From where he started and where he is now, you can truly tell he loves the hobby of airsoft. Visiting American airsoft is a no braining that this point for Me and I hope that my words have persuaded on making American Airsoft your primary one stop shop for your airsoft needs.

I purchased an air pistol with several accessories for my son yesterday, and this was our first time playing at this location. The owner explained everything to us on how to use, disassemble, clean, and lubricate the pistol. During the 1st use of this pistol that day, my son broke a piece internally that was causing the gun to not cycle BBs. Not knowing what it was, I took the pistol back into their shop and explained to the owner that the gun was jamming and not cycling the BBs. After just a few seconds of looking the gun over, the owner figured out what the issue was and explained to me what my son did wrong, causing the pistol to break internally. He replaced the broken piece within minutes and did not charge me anything for the repairs. I was very impressed. Staff is very knowledgeable at what they do. Great on and off the field. Field staff kept all the players in check, and they kept the games moving. We had a great time and will be returning customers.

Larry has the best shop around! When I first started playing Larry helped me learn about the ins and outs of airsoft. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything he just wanted me to have a great experience with airsoft. Larry is probably one of the best ambassadors to the game of airsoft he never turns anyone away and never makes them look stupid when asking him questions. Larry is always very engaged with everyone that comes into America Airsoft. He will not sell you something for the sake of making a buck. All he wants is for you as a player is to enjoy your experience, and spread the word. For that reason I will always support America Airsoft. Even after a 2 year leave he would always check in with me on instagram to see how I was doing and see when I would be back to play. Again Larry is one of the greats Airsoft Ambassadors!

This is a great shop that supplies all of your airsoft needs. They have a wide selection of gun, attachments, and gear. If you are new they will take their time to make sure you get the build you need to fit your play style. If you are an experienced airsoft player they have everything you would need to take your gear to the next level. Thanks for being a big part in the airsoft community larry!

I had bought a CUSTOM Hi-Capa from La Capa Customs and out the box it wasn't working properly. The techs at American airsoft where very helpful with figuring out the problem and solving it aswell as helping me improve the overall durability of the build and giving me a discount on the tech fee the tech was very helpful and even let me watch what he was doing and explained what things did and how they should be working. Overall great experience and do recommend :)

By far the best Airsoft Pro Shop I’ve been to, 9/10 they will have what you are looking for. I have spent so much time in here asking questions, buying gun parts, and buying gear to better my airsoft experience, and the employees are nice and are always helpful.

I came with a group of friends and we all loved it. When I had some difficulties with my rental(the battery was low) one of the refs gave me his airsoft gun to use till mine was fixed! Friendly community and overall a great place!
