Tray helped me pick out my new phone and was friendly and knowledgeable. Isaiah helped me set the phone up. I am not super versed in the I-phone because this is my first one. Isaiah was great and set me up with amazing speed. He got my contacts and photos moved off an Android and made it all look so easy. It was a great experience.
On my second visit to this store I encountered even more great, smart service. Katie helped me with some precious photo retrieval & paying my bill. Katie was patient with my lack of skill on my I-phone & understood how important my photos were to me. Isaiah also helped me with the transfer of videos to an external device. This was new to him but he didn’t even need to use the instructions. He was uber pleasant. I’ll certainly be back for all my cell phone needs because of Katie & Isaiah.

Having been a customer for a long time, I am happy with the fact that Becky has always been fantastic to work with. She is professional, friendly and goes out of her way to make sure I have the phones and services that fit what I need. Anytime I have had any type of issue, she has made sure it was resolved in a timely manner.

Got a replacement phone from Assurion (insurance) because I dropped mine. Isaiah was so helpful. He got my new phone set up, everything transferred and my old phone erased within 30 minutes. I would still be trying to do all that. GREAT SERVICE!

I went to the store to purchase a screen protector for my S10 Note +. Tray was extremely helpful and showed me a liquid protector. She even offered to put it on for me. This the clearest and cleanest protector I have ever had. Thank you Tray.

This store is in a great location, and it’s the most neat and clean store! The customer service is amazing and the employees really know their stuff! Tray was extremely helpful when it came to my new iPhone, and she had all the answers I was looking for! I’ll definitely be going back!

Since 2002 Butte Montana is my current place of residence and this is where I have had the pleasure of meeting Isiah the customer service representative and manager here at my local Verizon store .As a business owner with varied needs I feel he has gone above and beyond even my expectations.
