I went in on March 12th for a new phone and services, Rodrigo waited on me. He was patient with me, I told him exactly what I needed, even though he did try offering other deals, I told him I was there more for a need than what I wanted. I got in and out in 34 minutes while he attended to three other customers. Thanks for your help. I'm very satisfied with my new phone.

I visited this location around 11:15am on 10/18/20 to replace my broken phone. I’m glad they’re even open Sundays, as I need a phone for work. The customer ahead of me was having trouble with the transaction so the store associate, Alex, graciously assisted me on another register. As I was getting my new phone updated, the lady who had been in front of me began to become irate, insulting and cursing at Alex. This went on for at least ten minutes. He deserves a lot of credit for handling it like a pro. He kept his cool and continued to respond to her in a pleasant manner. I enjoyed seeing a fellow customer service worker trying to make the best of a difficult situation. My new phone is all set, and I will definitely be returning to this location for anything I may need regarding my service.

My family just returned from Cricket's Lemon Grove store (Thursday, May 20, 5 p.m.) We were assisted by Alan. We had a complicated situation: my old phone was 3G, which Cricket no longer supports, so I needed to upgrade. Meanwhile my wife and daughters needed two new phones between them, and three lines. Alan gave us all the options, and we ended up on a family plan with 5G for four lines, and with three new phones.

Alan's service was outstanding. Not only was our purchasing decision complicated, but my 4-year-old granddaughter was getting into everything; Alan gave her some candies and gave all of us water. Then at one point a street person came in and Alan quickly but graciously escorted him out so that we could complete our transaction in peace. All the while he was dealing with our dual-language family (English and Spanish) without a problem.

I feel that we received good prices for all that we received, and I can't say enough about Alan's excellent assistance.

I went in needing a new phone since my old one had storage issues and was immediately helped by Xavier. He was very knowledgable about the products and accessories the store had in stock and even gave me a few tips on how to "clean" my phone so it runs quicker. Best cricket location in SD👍🏽

I just went to this cricket to switch from Metro, I was amazed with the customer service. I believe the man who helped me out was Moises. I thought it was going to be a super long process but he made the whole switch quick and easy! Will be going back there for further assistance!

So I went In today and made 2 transactions and then returned both the phones and bought a third one, and the manager who's name I forgot helped me out and was super chill and amazing honestly I liked the way she attended me and will definitely return to buy a phone and to see her 😂 thanks.
