Rite Aid

Good for getting flu shots!!! Lots of other things that normal rute aids will have. Location is a bit difficult to get due to single entrances and exits. Other than that everything is decent at this location. Staff is decent, pharmacists are very polite and knowledge.

I've been using the Pharmacy for 2 years now. They are great. I wish people would understand that Pharmacies are always busy and sometimes short of employees. It would be nice to see people give this Pharmacy a break from negatively. I appreciate all they do. If l've had a problem it was me being inpatient. Can't say enough good things.

Marcos, Dontae and John always provide exceptional customer service at this store. They are the reason i go to this riteaid!!! thanks for being and doing your best when you greet and help your customers.

I love this location, I have all my scripts filled here and as a cancer survivor I have to maintain my medicine schedules. The staff's dedication to customer satisfaction is a big draw for me. The drive through can be a bit of a wait but honestly, being right on Bridge port way will do that. Also from what I understand there is a large shortage of pharmacy Techs and Pharmacists, so the fact that they have been so quick (after I get to the window) these last few months at prepping and filling my medicines.

They also have lots of goods and some cool organic and alternative medicine things. Lots of cosmetics of varying quality as well, but a few solid brands that will get you by if you don't want to make another stop on the way home from work!

I've been getting my prescriptions filled at this store for almost 20 years. I've always found the staff to be professional and very helpful. I've never had a complaint with the service in this pharmacy. It took me while to find a good pharmacy and I'm very happy I found this one.

Came In late the other night to get cough medicine for my baby. I ended up forgetting my I'D at home so I had to go back home and get it. Normally i would be annoyed with having to drive all the way home for an I'D to get my baby cough medicine but the guy who checked me out at the register (Jacob) was really polite and friendly, and had the best customer service I've ever encountered. If I'd have been working in his spot if normally let someone slide with something like getting a baby cough medicine , but he was very polite in letting me know he couldn't sell the medicine without a valid I'D. His great attitude really made me see the positive that he was doing his job correctly by not being able to sell to me without my ID. I went home and got it, but just his great service made me not even upset that I had to go home to get my ID but happy that he was up late too but with an awesome attitude. Thank you Rite Aid for the great customer service !

It's my go to Rite Aid. Always friendly and nice staff. Mostly check out with Marcos or Dante. Nice guys.

Been with this place for years, even when I moved to another city. Great store, friendly pharmacy staff, but I'll echo the other reviews and say avoid the built-in clinic because it is run by Multicare and I've had terrible experience with Multicare in the past, and boycotted since '03. Judging by these recent reviews, they haven't changed any (Multicare). The Rite Aid store is great tho.

The Cashier was super bubbly and personable, she had blonde braids I wish I would have gotten her name, but I was having a busy day. She knew the elderly gentlemen's name in front of me and even laughed at some of his dad jokes all while doing her job well.

Customer service from Seth was the best I've had in a long time very humble and could bring in Customers just due to his character- Coop.
Much respect to Seth keep on being you brother 🙏

I am here atleast once a week for the past 2 years. The employees have never failed to be super nice. If I ever needed help with finding something they were willing.

The people that work here are really great and friendly. I did not have my insurance card but they were able to look it up and saved money on my meds.

Marcos and Dontae are always so helpful and go above and beyond.

Great prices, Great customer service and they have a drive-through pharmacy. Open on weekdays from 8 to 9 and weekends from 9 to 10

Rite Aid is an excellent store and pharmacy! A touch more expensive than other stores like Walgreens or CVS but otherwise all positive.

I accidentally gave tonya a one star for customer service on the POS system.... I couldn’t reverse it so here I am giving a five star :)

Staff is great.. except for a few of the satff..like Judy and Steve are not too helped and Judy not nice and ignore us when we come in..other than that Rashawn , Clarence and kassie and Tommy are awesome ...very helpful..MamaG
