I went in to print my home grown baby shower invitations. Turned out I was not as savvy on publisher as I thought. My margins were completely off and color scheme horrible. Edwin helped me fix it with the speed and comfort of someone truly skilled on printing configurations. He helped numerous other customers at the same time!! I was so thrilled with my product when I left!!

I always have had a great experience with Office Depot. Incredible service and great people and always if I did have any issues, they were quickly settled. Love your Rewards program.

The staff at this location was extremely helpful in hunting down a discontinued product for us. 3 staff members took action in helping us, searching through the back and all inventory, even making phone calls to other stores to get us what we needed. Everything worked out great, and we appreciate the extra mile they took.

Kayla in the Print Shop was excellent! From the moment I called with my question to the finalization of my product, she was so helpful and super nice!! I had to get twenty-seven 8” soccer balls printed and laminated for all of the kids on daughter’s soccer team - including coaches - by Monday. I called on a Saturday and by Sunday I had premium quality laminated prints in hand. She was even able shrink them a little to get two to a sheet to help with cost. I was able to find magnet sheets to apply to the backs so that the kids could decorate their lockers. She turned my desperate situation completely around. Kayla is a quality person, and a great asset to this store!!!

I had a really good experience with Robert (manager) today. I was caught in a pinch due to an error from a shipping label. While the store didn't have the exact supplies I need, Robert helped me in an alternative way today to help make sure u was able to ship my items today. I'm very grateful for his generosity and customer service and will continue to loyally shop at this store in return. Thanks again Robert and team

I needed a sticker/decal printed from a purchased download and it turned out better than I had hoped! The young man helping me was really helpful and knew just how to edit it for what I was wanting to do! Plus, the service was fast! Thank you!

The print department is amazing, full of compassionate and helpful workers. I felt drained and stressed, needing to complete an order within a very short time period. Abraham and Kayla were amazing. They listened to what my needs were and helped me to try figure it out within my budget, giving me advice to what would look best within my budget. They were timely and efficient. Not only did they help me with my order, they made me feel like a weight has been lifted- saving me from hours of having to do it by myself. Thank you both for spending the time to work with me and my budget and time crunch. After having many hours of trying to complete it on my own - I knew I should’ve come to you guys first. My printer breaking down was a definitely a blessing- I truly appreciate every second of your help- led me to happy tears. Thank you so very much!

Whenever I enter the store I am always greeted by at least one worker, if not multiples. I've been coming to this location for years and I have never had a bad experience. I really want to point out how great their printing department is, in January 2023 my dad passed away and I had to take care of everything that a funeral would entail. I put in an online order for memory keepsakes of pictures of my father and pamphlets for the funeral and on my computer they had looked fine but I got a call one they were printed by a man, who I think is a manager, I forget his name, but he called to tell me that everything had printed out all dark and you coudln't see the photo of my father's face. It was very obvious to the employee that these were for a funeral so he said I could submit new photos. I assumed I would be paying again, and was willing to do so but they printed the new ones for me for free and printed off a large poster for free without me asking that i also brought to the funeral. They had gone above and beyond for me and the kindness I experienced brought me to tears in the store.

Another amazing thing the employees have done for me is I had put in an online order and for whatever reason only half of the order had gone through. I was stressed out and worried because I did not have time to go home and make another order but the employee, I believe his name was Edwin said if I had them on my phone I could send an e-mail and he would print them off for me right then and there.

I did just that and he printed them off for me so I was able to finish my errands without having to go home. I really appreciate the employees of this store, I would say out of all the stores in the lakewood towne center that I shop in the employees at this store are always so kind and helpful and go out of their way to help you and I do not experience that in other stores. I just wanted to give a big thank you to the employees at the lakewood towne center office depot location in washington state. You all are really great.

Definitely used to doing things online but had to get a quick turnaround print project and the folks at office depot did an amazing job quickly efficiently and even saved me money! Wish I had come in before laboring at my computer as long as I had. Special thanks to Edwin for helping me find what I needed, give me options and then find the most cost effective option for me. I will support this store as much as I can.

Edit! After a long hard day it was so refreshing to have Dennis at the Lakewood Town Center provide such excellent service with a smile. It's getting to be so rare these days. I wish I had a way to contact someone in customer service to let them know it matters. Thanks 😊

Inventory is usually well stocked, and the store is conveniently located in the Lakewood Town Center with ample parking nearby. Sometimes it takes a while to locate an employee for assistance on the floor, but that is not a major inconvenience.

I have been shopping at the Lakewood Town Center Office Depot for over 13 years and I have always had excellent service. I am greeted at the door and I have known at least 3 of the employees for some time now. I want to give a shout out to Abraham in the Print services. I wanted this large piece laminated, and he said they were having issues with the laminator and I said no worries. Abraham made sure it was working correctly before continuing with the lamination as to not mess up my item. He communicated the possibilities of having to wait if it could not be fixed for the service people to look at it. BUT! he was able to fix it with the assistance of the other person and my item looks wonderful! Thanks Abraham!

I remember when my experiences with Office Depot were not that great but they have really stepped up their level of service and it's much appreciated!

Very friendly staff and reasonable prices

They are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean. If you can't find something you need they can order it for you. It can be sent to your house or to the store. They do donate to the local schools.

I want to thank the manager for helping me make some photo copies of my husband that I needed. The manager was very helpful, patient and compassionate towards my situation.
