Walgreens Pharmacy

Like this Wallgreens. I like the fact that it’s just the pharmacy and every time I need something or have a question about my prescription they actually take the time out and give me the full story and not BS around the story like CVS around the corner. You can get in and out within five minutes because you don’t have to stand there and wait for somebody to buy all their stuff like food and everything like a regular Wallgreens. They should have more pharmacies like this just the pharmacy part no store part. And every time I talk to the ladies over there they’re always so nice.

I so love the new location and the staff I use to use the Fort Ave
location which was Rite Aid . because the staff and the old location
had nasty attitude's. they made you feel like you were bothering them .
and also in the pharmacy .you had to wait for your medication well
pass the day or time . the staff at this new location has the right
attitude . welcome

Not exactly rude, but definitely not friendly or over the top helpful. They do their job and that's about it. I prefer places that actually know me and care and will listen long enough to answer your question.

Cold uninviting unempathetic to problematic issues. One could feel the annoyance when asking for help or understanding. Customer service totally different from Walgreens before it moved to the new location. Not all but overall. I still said thank you anyway. Maybe most were just having a bad day on those days.

Okay so about a year or so ago I started going to THIS pharmacy. And here I'm thinking walmart was bad aha nah. Long story short I can't go to the pharmacy every other day because I don't have transportation but they don't care anyhow.. I tell them to let me know when all my meds are ready. Hahha they do and when I go. Half of them are ready or I'm missing ONE/TWO like really if you don't like your job why are you working there I just don't understand what the big issue is and they are not going to keep getting my insurance making big money off of me and my other two sisters who go there. I have to do what's best for me

This place has been terrible for a while but last week they refused to order my flonase because they have it over the counter. Even though that would mean I would pay $30 instead of $10. Now I'm trying to switch pharmacys and they keep blowing me off and ignoring the pharmacy that is contacting them. Avoid this walgreens like the plague!

It's always unfortunate when I have to rate a business with 1 star or less, but necessary! After their reopening to the new location until now I can never get help with service I am seeking. The phones rings until someone picks up and hangs right up (even after multiple calls and from different numbers). Maybe hire staff that appreciate customers and not force them to your competitors i.e. CVS...I never get this type BS service!

I called at 2pm they tell me "Yes we will have your medication ready by 230" I get there at 3pm and tell me it will not be in until Wednesday and it is being ordered! Joke pharmacy, joke pharmacy tech.

They lied online their test is not rapid. It said I would have my results within hours after I took the test the lady there said I had to wait 72 hours for the results. Really set me back now I can't go back to work like I was supposed to smh. Not very good business 😕

There always closed. If I could get my father in laws prescriptions somewhere else I would. I don't think they want to work every time I go in this location. Avoid it if you can and go somewhere else.
