Excellent customer service. Great people. Always greeted as we come in and asked if we need help finding anything. They do in fact price match! (just not Amazon or eBay, but that’s normal for “big box stores”)

Needed some fittings and caps for hydraulic hoses for my tractor and was greeted the second I stepped in. Not only greeted by 1 employee but on my way thru the store, I was asked by 2 other employees separately if I needed assistance.
