Murray County Tire, Auto & Wrecker

I had a blowout on my travel trailer on the way to Cross Bar Ranch for some off-roading and my spare was in bad shape. Murray County got me in first thing on a Friday morning with new tires and even had wheels to up my wheel size. The new tires are great and I don't have to worry driving home! Service was extremely fast and prices were fair!

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I have a vehicle that had been sitting for a little over a year. Told them I wanted to get it running again and what all I thought i was wrong with the vehicle. Here I am thinking it is going to cost more than what the vehicle is worth sitting. But to my surprise they did what was needed to get it running. No haggling back and forth on prices, they didn't try to up-sale me like the dealership shops would. They got my vehicle running that day and did not have to wait on parts. The lady that answered the phone is very nice and treated me like any other customer. I would recommend this place to anyone needing their vehicle serviced.

My parent are elderly and were driving to Oklahoma from Texas, along the way they got a flat tire. Luckily this service company was able to help them and get them back on the road with zero issues.

We called from the road after trying a couple other places in Davis to find the tire we needed. Thankfully, they had it and saved us from driving further on our donut. James was great! Fixed us up quickly and even refilled the coolant for us. Thanks!

Very friendly people with fair prices. My truck's water pump went out and I was stranded. Kevin came out and was able to show me immediately what the problem was and estimate cost on the spot. He towed it to his shop for a very reasonable rate. I ended up having the dealership fix the problem because of warranty, but I pinned Kevin's shop on my map in case I ever have an issue out of warranty. A good attitude, friendliness, fair prices and knowledge mean a lot and these guys have it all.

We went to visit Turner falls and all of the sudden our truck wouldn’t start. One of the employees (Doug thank you so much!!) at the park recommended them for what we thought was the starter. Turns out it was just the battery wiring... they towed the truck, took us to our hotel, had it fixed and were honest about the work. This is by far the best experience we’ve had, never thought we could trust a mechanic until today!
If you’re from out of town or new to the area this is the place to go!!

These kindhearted and sweet folks were so knowledgeable and understanding when we came in after experiencing a technical failure on the freeway heading home to Montana. They took care of us and our kids, gave them popsicles, and made sure we were taken care of while they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within two hours, getting us back on the road. We are lucky we called them first!!!!

I called because of noise coming from one of the pulleys. Belt tensioner and assembly was going out. They got the parts that day and replaced the defective pulley and was done in 3-4 hours and they were busy. Great staff there.

I had no clue where I was or who to trust but I chose Murray County Tire and Repair and I could not have chosen better. Sincerely, thank you!!!! That mishap could have easily ended in complete disaster. There's still honest people in this world and you'll find them in Davis, Oklahoma.

Blew a tire on the highway. Spare was also flat. They sent someone to air up the spare! Once I got to the shop they had the tires I needed, charged me a very reasonable price, got me in and out in less than 30 minutes and I was back on the road. I am very grateful for their service!

We had been travelling from Norman to Dallas when my car started shaking and rattling abnormally. We stopped at the Fried Pies location and checked the tire pressure, everything normal. But we decided to look up the closest mechanic and try to get help regardless. The search brought us to Murray County Tire and Auto. We called to ask for store hours and the woman on the phone was exceptionally friendly and welcoming despite the fact that they were closing in 30 minutes. We got in the car and drove to the location. Kevin greeted us immediately upon arrival and went straight to my car to figure out the issue. He came back 5 minutes later and informed me that my passenger rear tire was about to blow and it needed immediate attention. Unfortunately, they didn't have the tire for my 2005 Nissan Murano. Fortunately, I had a spare. Kevin quickly changed my tire and advised me to go to the nearest Walmart to get it a new one put on. He also did it for FREE. We got back in the car and did just what he recommended. We made it to Dallas safely and so far my car has been running perfectly. I can't thank everyone that works at this establishment enough. Because of their actions, it is evident that they genuinely care about the safety of their customers and not just making an extra dollar.

I've taken my wife's SUV to MC Tire for several oil changes as well as my truck for oil changes, A/C repair, heater repair, and a few other things. I have been very pleased with their prices and customer service as well as their quickness in getting things accomplished. Kevin (the owner) is very nice and has happily answered all of my questions. Here in Davis, OK you're only real options for automotive work are P&M Auto and MC Tire (unless you're into overpaying at the Chevy dealership) and I personally will never EVER use P&M for anything. I was curious when I saw that a new auto repair shop was opening and gave them a try the next time I needed some work done. I can say nothing but good things about MC Tire and am glad that I now have a great place to take my vehicles. I highly recommend MC Tire for your automotive repair needs!

These guys saved me!!! My power steering pump went out on me completely threw off my belt, 3 o'clock in the morning. This crew is super nice. I am so lucky to have called them.

Broke down on my way to Kansas from Texas and Kevin and his employees went the extra mile to find the part for my jeep. Very friendly I was genuinely impressed by their efforts to find the elusive part. If I break down again, I sure hope I’m near Murray County.
