Jo-Ann's Candy House

Spent over $43 on candy while there. Did my best to share it and not eat it all (lol). (9/18/23 around 5:45-6pm). Person at the store was great and very attentive. Smiled and was very patient while I looked over their HUGE selection and picked out something from almost every case. A GREAT place to go for fine candies and chocolates! 🍬🍭😁

It smells amazing in there and the displays are so aesthetically pleasing, I don’t know how you could go in and not buy something. It’s an old fashioned candy store, I’ve been going there for over ten years and it hasn’t changed (which is a good thing!). Picking out candy really makes you feel like a kid again. My favorites are the rum cordials and those red and black raspberries that you can only really get at candy stores. I think it was the owner who helped me today and he seemed like such a genuinely nice person! Great customer service!

My family and I wandered into Jo-Ann’s Candy House last week in search of something tasty. We were definitely at the right place! The sweet aroma hits you immediately upon entering and you’re filled with a sense of child-like wonder as you behold the huge selection of delectable treats. It was so hard to decide what to buy—everything looked so good and fresh. We settled for a nice assortment.
What sets this place apart, in my opinion, is that it is family owned and operated. We witnessed the owner training his niece and they were just so kind and wonderful. It’s so important to support local mom-and-pop businesses. We will absolutely be returning.

This store is a real gem. They have really fresh candy. Their chocolate is rich with a good chocolate flavor and a melt in your mouth texture. Their black licorice has a true licorice taste. The staff and owners are wonderful. The selection is huge with something for everyone. They have beautiful gift arrangements perfect for every occasion from thanking your child's teacher to corporate events. They always have seasonal favorites on hand. It's easy to get there and there is plenty of parking. I love this store! If you love good candy it's the perfect place to shop.

This is by far the best place around to satisfy your sweet tooth!! My husband LOVES the wicked dark truffles and the peanut butter melt aways! My daughter is a huge fan of their chocolate covered pretzels, sour gummy worms and jelly beans. I have purchased custom chocolate pops in the past for favors at my daughter's birthday party and they were a big hit! The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful! We are so lucky to have such a lovely family run business in Saratoga 😊

The aroma alone will make you want to never leave. Yummy candy and great staff.

This is the BEST CANDY STORE EVER !! My Mom and Dad take me and my sister here every time we are in the area ( we live it CT if we didn’t we Would be here all the time ) The candy is always fresh and delicious and they have every kind of candy you can imagine. The workers are also very friendly and nice . We will make sure to visit before we leave for home and again when we come back for Saratoga racing season !! We love ❤ This place !! A MUST TRY FOR ANYONE WHO LOVES CANDY 🍭 !

This Candy Store is the BEST in the area! They have been around for ages and have been such a wonderful part of the community. The store is clean and bright and the owners are always chatty (Justina :) ) and cheerful. The selection is fresh and oh so amazing. When my best friend comes for a visit we must stop here. Check them out!

Just a wonderful store. Every time I walk in I feel like I'm in chocolate lover's heaven. And when I need to pick up a little gift for someone special I know that I can't go wrong with their gift boxes. The staff is terrific! Can't say enough nice things about them.

My fiancé and I just went into Joanns candy house for the first time and Jean ( sorry if misspelled) welcomed us and was very nice one of the nicest people I have ever met around here!!! The chocolate is top of the line it’s a must have and if you are looking for the perfect gift to give someone this is the place to go! Please try the chocolate truffles you won’t regret it!!!!! You will not find a more friendly atmosphere that matches it's quality. I always stop in while in Toga for a bag of a sweet treat. They always have something different and unique. My sons love their sweet and sour while I treat myself to a chocolate delight. Would not recommend anyone else but them when looking to full fill a sweet tooth

Came to the Candy House with my daughter and nephew to pick out some piñata candy. They have a great selection with good prices. The kids didn’t want to leave and my 11 year old nephew asked the staff if he could move in and stay forever.

Joann’s Candy House is always a great place to visit! The folks that work there are wonderful and ready to help! Joann’s is a great local resource! My family built a Gingerbread House for the first time today and Joann’s was our go to for the little decorations! Thank you for making us all smile!

I have gone twice now (and plan to go again this upcoming week). I was craving chocolate covered strawberries and wanted to try something local. My only complaint is that I couldn't get it out of the paper fast enough! I love that I can walk in and say what I want from my candy at that moment and they are able to provide me with many options and even samples (which being pregnant, I can be fairly picky). My husband also loves their candy, especially the lobsters and seasonal candy corn. Can't wait to go back!

I’ve gone here since I was a kid, I can remember when this store used to be in the old Saratoga mall. When I was a kid me and my mom used to buy fruit slices for my grandpa here. I love this place top notch quality everyone is friendly and I’m glad to see that Joanns is still around very cool.

The BEST fastest, cleanest, nicest and most delicious candy store I think ever. I didn't even really like candy until coming here. Quality is an understatement and their hand made options are the best and made that day (chocolate covered strawberries, and apples they cut for you!)

I stopped there today and Gene was pleasant and extremely helpful. The store is immaculate and their product is second to none. This is my new favorite candy store. Thank you so much, everything was excellent and everyone loved it. 💕

Great little candy shop, a lot of options plus it smells amazing when you walk in. Got some peanut brittle and it was excellent. Staff was very friendly as well.
