Angel and Ashley were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful and polite with helping my husband and I gather balloons for my daughter birthday. Thank you so much ladies for going above and beyond for me and my family!

I visited the Sycamore, IL Michaels on November 30 about 4pm. As I walked toward the frame dept. Employee, Nicole, who was obviously on her way out, stopped and asked if I was heading to framing, and when I said I was, turned back and stayed late from her shift to help me.
As I was leaving the store, Nicole was helping yet another customer.
Nicole goes above and beyond with exemplary customer service and she was a pleasure to interact with. Thank you Nicole!

The staff are always nice! There's almost always cute stuff in the clearance for you to snag, and they offer awesome coupons! 1000 times better than Hobby Lobby for your crafting needs.

Michael's is great for quality matting and framing. We've had 3 previous pieces done, all of the same high quality. Not sure where thay find the people in the framing area but they all seem to be extremely professional and very helpful. There are so many different ways to mat and frame, we were kind of lost, had vague ideas of what we wanted, but Alec helped us narrow the choices down and the finished product is awesome! Great to have this service available nearby.

I love shopping here for my craft needs! Unfortunately they’re selection on many things such as stickers, paper palettes, and stamps. I usually am able to find great deals on other products though. The staff members are always helpful and friendly too!

Our place to go for art supplies in DeKalb, Illinois. If you are a crafty person or like decorating spaces, you need to go there. I always found everything for my painting, knitting, decorating... hobbies. You can sign up on their website and have 40% discount and rewards too. Love their watercolors, acrylics, oil, pastels, and the framing department with many frame choices to portrait your creations.

Who doesn't know about Michael's? They have a lot of stuff for everything. Just be patient and start looking

I went here to get some items to finish my kids Cub Scout Pinewood Derby cars. A store employee asked if he could help and showed me a variety of items to decorate their cars. He also helped brainstorm some ways to decorate them as well. The cashier was also helpful and reminded me to use my store discount code. This store is large and well stocked. I will come back here again.

Holy cow! When they have sales, they really have sales! SIGN UP FOR THEIR COUPONS! Visit sites like Retail Me Not to look for coupons, too. They make a huge difference! Their selection of craft items is overwhelming. If you want to make it, they will have what you need -- and then some.

Are you an educator? Bring in your school ID and you get a discount that way, too! I've walked out of there with almost half of my billy discounted using coupons, clearance sales, and discounts. Plan ahead and you will save a TON!

I just had a mat cut for a map I was framing for a Christmas gift and the staff was really knowledgeable and helpful. Molly took the time to help me pick the frame and the mat color and was really patient and personable throughout. Will definitely go back here in the future

Grandaughter was looking for slime supplies. We were not disappointed, found generic clear glue in gallons very reasonable there. Seemed to have a vast variety of craft & hobby items.

I scored some awesome deals here. They didn't seem to be as cleaned out of sale items as the stores in Chicago, (go figure.)

I've been to so many Michael's, and have no complaints about this one.

Staff is happy to help, and there's a wide variety of crafting supplies! I would love to see more fabric available, though.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful, store is very packed, but clean and easy to traverse. Everything you need for crafting.

Staff is friendly and helpful but leave you alone if you want so you can walk around and dream/scheme. Clean, organized, stuff stays in stocks coupons are good. I recommend downloading the app for coupons.
