Best UPS store I've been to. Great employees. I didn't catch the name but the long haired guy with bandana was super helpful and efficient. The older lady (owner I think) there was so nice to the customers. I wish they had pull up parking (tough when you have to carry giant heavy boxes from across the parking lot) but not their fault how the shopping center was designed.

The people that work here are great. I have visited several UPS Stores and these are the friendliest and most helpful. Always willing to assist with sending packages; whether sealing boxes, providing the dolly, or patiently helping with sending multiple boxes that are heavy and doing it all with professionalism. Will continue to visit this business as I have reviewed two others that cannot hold a candle to this location.

I felt like my experience was very fast and easy.

I was here earlier today. Alex helped me while an older lady was literally yelling and insulting him the entire time. I was blown away at his patience and willingness to still serve such a costumer. I hope he’s recognized for putting up with such hostility.

My neighborhood UPS, been using them for 10 years for both personal and business. Friendly and helpful. They chat with customers sometimes, imagine that, live chatting with real folks...
