Year after year we have amazing customer service for balloon rearrangements and curbside orders. Love that they have ready to go balloon bouquets that save the day at the last minute!

Great party store!. 🥳 I like to come here for my party supplies through the year. Here we can find piñatas, any kind, size and character. The store is well organized and clean. They have enough employees working the floor. Th le store is next to other store so the location is very convenient for shoppers at any time

Confirmed they had the items needed on-line then went and picked them up. That easy. Love the variety of items to help make your party event extra special.

We were looking for items for a small family party of 10 at a yacht on the island and we found this Party City. They had everything we were looking for. I personally never been to this one in particular, but staff was always ready to help and professional in their behavior. Good people. Store was sort of empty and well that's understandable. It [store] was clean and in order. Yes, I know is supposed to be like that, but for this time of the year usually is almost impossible to keep this type of store clean and in order so good for the management. Ok, I have to say prices are still a bit high for my wallet, but they have unique stuff that you just can't find anywhere else.

Cool stuff, eclectic themes, good prices. If you're into entertaining for groups this is a great place to find all of the little accessories to set up the theme.

Better location than McAllen. The store is brighter, and spacious. Customer service was quicker, and more courteous.

Great customer service! I came in to get some balloons, I hadn't noticed the package I was purchasing had a tiny hole in one of the balloons. The associate was quick to notice, advised me and switched them out. So thankful, it saved me a trip back if they had deflated. 🤗

All your party needs, variety and great prices.. candles, candies, party favors for goodie bags. Funny over the hill party themes! Costumes! Beautiful balloons! Cake supplies, sprinkles, and candy melts all colors very pretty. Awesome store love to go here.

I went to buy party supplies for my 15 yr old daughter. Unfortunately, we couldn't find what we needed, but we did find other items
to go with her theme. Party City does have a wide variety of themed party supplies and other uncommon things year round (the bigger stores don't sell what we find here). That's why we shop here. The staff in Edinburg, TX are always helpful and super nice!

Staff was friendly and curteous. Came in for a birthday balloon arrangement and it was ready within 10 minutes. Balloon assortment selection is good and has different types from silver to matte finishes and colors. Will definitely be back for any balloon needs!
