I had a great experience with Darryl. He was great. I called in earlier then came by the store. His customer service and acknowledgement was excellent. He even told me about the benefits if signing up for auto pay which I never do, so I'll definitely be referring family and friends to this location.

Alex has great customer service very personable and will get you in and out. I appreciate how quick he was with my tablet. He needs to be a manager store owner he makes metro look good!!

I came in today just to pay my bill but Daryl was so well informed on all of your products and services that was so tempted to sign up auto pay but I'll definitely be back to get those savings

the new store manager Alexander is hands down the best person I’ve ever seen at this location he was very helpful and informative he helped me get the phone I wanted! Overall a very satisfying shopping experience with him if your in the Oakland park area this is the metro store you want to shop at trust me & he speaks Spanish too 💯🙏🏼😌

Rachel is amazing, she transferred my service from a different phone within 5 mins and was so professional ,while juggling 4 customers by her self!

I was only goin to check on my old existing phone until the woman behind the counter suggested i get an entirely new one cause as she said my phone was outdated so i got an LG 4 phone ...i had a LG 2 phone...she was kind very courteous...and was very knowledgeable about her phone stock and she gave me her card anytime i need anything and need help...she and the store deserves five stars..and the store was well lit and clean...diffently go back and i believe il pay my bill in person...and its right across the street from me...
