Island Vibez Caribbean Grocery

We were visiting the area and saw the store ❤ we smelled a sweet fragrance in the air. We went in for one thing and my hubby ended up getting a Beautiful plate of OxTails, rice/beans, and cabbage. He said it was DELICIOUS🙌 We will be visiting again🙌

Love the Jamaican snacks + drinks. Good variety of groceries. Came for their jerk chicken event a few months back and it was delicious :)

Very friendly and the lady at the cashier gave me a few gems on cooking some oxtails and babyyyyy she Anit NEVA lied! They were bomb! I just went here for some seasonings n left out with a recipe! I will be back!

The jerk chicken is amazing! The chicken was juicy even the white meat and the flavor was unbelievable - a balanced combination of smoky, spice, bbq, pimento and hint of citrus. No one flavor overpowering the other flavors. Yum! A real mouth party!

The food here is always fresh and delicious!

Had to wait while the lady was outside on the phone. Order curry chicken lack favor.

Not nice people but the food is ok

Never open the posted hours. Went three times and they are were not open. No one answers the phone either when trying to call. The sign on door provides business hours but yet they were not open. Another guy was outside with me on 1 of the occasions i came to the store in his truck he got out went to the door and shook his head we both waited 10 minutes to see if anyone would come to open and no one showed up. If I can actually get in the store to make a purchase I will update my review.

Pulled in to an OPEN sign door was locked and no one was inside. Sat outside for about 5 mins, here pulls in a gray pick up truck. Man walks inside collects a few items then turns off the open sign. I walk up jokingly saying now you saw me sitting outside. He looks at me as if I had 5 heads very rude ! Mind you I've spent well over $200 in this store since they've been open. I had high hopes coming from NYC to SC supporting black but with nasty attitudes like that I'll spend my money elsewhere.
