AT&T Store

Cortavious (my sales rep) was amazing! He was literally my cell phone hero!! I had been call surrounding stores looking for this device, I was getting discouraged and stressed out and he saved the day! Upon entering the store he was assisting another guest and told me give him just a moment. He checked in with me as he was finishing up with his other guest! My process was so smooth and quick! I'll be sure to recommend all friends and family to the Horn Lake location and to ask for Cortavious!!!

I was at another att store and was afraid I was being taken advantage of. When I visited this store Mr Corlock helped us he was very familiar with the products. He gave a package that we wanted and was 45 dollars a month cheaper then the other store for the same package

Got a tablet for my son for six dollars a month he loves it so much I went and got my mom one too. Good service clean store.

I was helping my mom do an upgrade online. We couldn't submit the order because the system kept texting a code to her broken phone and we couldn't retrieve it. We were told by the customer service manager online to visit the store to complete the order since we couldn't get the code via email. We visited the store on Goodman Rd in Horn Lake, Ms. Lisa was absolutely amazing. She was very informative, patient, and kind. Lisa helped us pick the best deal and set the phone up so my mom was able to easily operate it. We greatly appreciate her providing excellent customer service.

Help me with my accessory bundle and my new device ultra S23 Ultra. They exceeded my expectations even went out their way to give me snacks and play the music I wanted to hear. Will be recommending in the future!

Couldn't get my phone fix and turned on online, 3 minutes in this store and some super woman,(don't know her name) got my phone working and fixed after 3 hours on with customer service, highly recommended them, they are and were amazing

We had such a pleasant experience here. The store is very clean on both the interior and exterior, and the inside is organized and spacious. Lisa, Lauren, and Kameron are so friendly, engaged, and knowledgeable. Answered every question we had and guided us throughout so our transactions went smoothly. Lisa was extra patient and kind when helping me choose a phone case while my very active 2 year old rampaged through the store lol. I definitely recommend this store over the others in the area.

This is one of the best phone company locations I have ever been to. Lauren was amazing and her customer service was phenomenal. This was by far the most pleasant experience I ever had in a phone store. Thank you again Lauren for helping me out during this emergency.

The service at 3500 Goodman Rd W Horn Lake,Ms was exceptional, Philicia was very professional and resolve all my guestion and concern which allowed me to do what was very important to me at the moment I deeply appreciate her and also her co-worker Emanuel which aided me while Philicia was busy do what I requested of her so they both made it happen and I just wanted someone to know that they were very value to me and took very good care of me . Leadarius at the hornlake store did an excellent job....The whole time I was there he had me laughing...He is so unbeat and positive..The entire staff was so helpful....To be honest they all deserve a raised..From a scale 1-10...I rate the Hornlake store a 10.....Excellent customer services.....Keep up the good work you guys rock.....

I can honestly say that out of all the AT&T stores I have ever been to, this one is truly the best. I recently came in town to visit Family and broke my phone. I decided to change services and switch to AT&T. I stopped by the local location and was happy to see they had a great selection of phones and the staff was very friendly and eager to help me immediately. I did not sign up for service because I was out of time, but I wanted to leave a message to address this store as well as one person in particular. A young women by the name of Rebekka helped me out more than anyone else in the store. She is the true definition of an amazing employee and should be honored for all her hard work. This Review goes out to Rebekka because she truly is the shining star in that establishment.

I visited the AT&T in Horn Lake, MS today, and Philicia was so helpful and patient. I had a lot of questions and with the help of Lisa and Tee, she was able to answer all of my questions and fix the problems that I was having with my phones. Thank you ladies!!
