Great experience at this location. Akeem the manager couldn’t be more helpful and professional, he goes out of his way to help you get what you need and advice you how to get it done. Hard to find this level of customer service and friendliness! 5⭐

I had a great experience at this Sherwin-Williams store in Issaquah Washington. I came in to get 5 gallons of interior trim paint the employees were very helpful courteous and outgoing to help me with my order they quickly mix my paint and I was able to leave with the paint and a few other products that I bought from the store.

They had all the paint selections I needed. I called ahead to order paint and they were super helpful over the phone. When I arrived, everything was ready, exactly as I asked. And checkout was quick. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the paint looks beautiful on my walls! I highly recommend!

I needed some paint to touch up my home's exterior, but unfortunately I had misplaced the last remaining can and didn't have the name of the paint or the paint mix code. Fortunately I did have a sample of the paint on an old board in the garage, so I took that to Sherwin Williams in Issaquah and they did a first-rate job matching it. Seriously, they absolutely nailed the color, and they even did a couple of mixes to match the sheen of the original paint as close as possible. Their effort was impressive, the paint match was spot-on and I couldn't be happier!

The matching color and the quality of the service and paint were especially welcome since I had gone to Home Depot a couple of days earlier with the same paint sample and had their paint department attempt a similar matching process. The result? It wasn't even close. Now they did say it wouldn't be an "exact" match, and they were right, but I did expect it to be closer than several shades too dark.

So the moral of the story is this... the next time you need a gallon of mismatched paint, give Home Depot a try. But if you want perfectly matching paint, great service & advice, plus superior paint quality, I would go to Sherwin-Williams.

The store is well-staffed with knowledgeable people who advised us on the different types of paints and stains we might need for our upcoming home exterior repainting/restaining.

We are purchasing S-W paint on the advice of our contractor, who was enthusiastic about the quality of the product.

I've always felt that Sherwin-Williams products are very high quality at a reasonable price and their employees are knowledgable and professional. Today I ordered online and a friendly employee brought my order to my car. During this COVID-19 pandemic, it's nice to know that some businesses care about their employees and customers safety.

John took the time to help me understand the wood, the cleaning, the stain and the process for finishing my new deck. In this day and age of "no service unless absolutely necessary" shopping, John was a unique experience. These dudes know what are talking about!

We moved to a new home and need to touch up the interior paint. We quickly learned this was a custom color match. The person we worked with at the Issaquah, WA Sherwin William store found a solution to our problem and was able to look up a very old order and found the color match. The paint match was perfect and saved us so much money and time.

Javier is the best. He helped me match and make samples with drying time in just over about an hour, consistent with an older can of paint.

Two other guys from a different store couldn't do it after working it for 2 days.

Now, the job can move forward.

If you want to do it right the first time, consult with these experts AND buy their products. You will not be disappointed, guranteed.

The staff at both the Issaquah stores were very helpful and easy to work with. The paint covered the area well and was easy to apply. I would buy Sherwin-Williams paint again.

so easy to order on line paint, pay for it and get it curbside--plenty of parking in front of store. Staff friendly and accommodating, even running back in to store to get paint stirrers--when it was pouring rain!
