Coastal Nutrition

Jose, the owner, is very very nice and friendly. We had a lovely chat about his products, and what’s in each one of them. So delicious.

After searching around and failing to find several other nutrition shops, we were really glad to discover Coastal Nutrition. They just have a giant poster above their storefront but it wasn’t too difficult to find using gps.

Normally, when you go to a nutrition shop there is a decent sized list of teas and protein shakes to choose from. They had a good variety of shakes, but only several energizer teas. Two, to be specific, which was odd to me. And then they rotate each week I think, so the options for a tea that is caffeinated is pretty limited.

The two tea flavors when we visited were the. Blueberry Lemonade and Gummy Bear. I tried the Gummy Bear, and it was really sweet but I loved it. The lady working behind the bar was super cool and nice, and I’d definitely stop by again. It’s also not too far from the beach so it would be a great post or pre-pick me up!

Found this gem about 2 weeks ago and now I hit it up every morning after the gym….. and some afternoons for a lil pick me up. Owner is super friendly and has been helping me understand what I’m drinking and what the benefits are. Highly recommend

Been going here on laundry days to get a shake or tea. Always informative and very polite! Never once had a drink I didn't like from there!

Best place I have ever been for a after gym shake. The staff is amazing they are so friendly. Give this local place a try.
