Excellent customer service provided by the assistant manager, Valentine. He was extremely patient and helpful even though the store was busy. We felt like he really cared about the difficulties we were having with our phone. Highly recommend this store!

I actually went in to this store and was so happy with the help I received. I was helped by two different associates. Frank and Valentine. They helped me buy my new phone. While I was in this store these two gentlemen handled ignorant customer after ignorant customer with a smile on their face. Would absolutely shop here again.

Kamiya and Alexis were both very helpful and nice. Definitely a place i would come back to. Purchased a Sync up and i recommend everyone get one for their vehicle. Kamiya actually took the time to come out to my car and help me set it up. These girls were awesome. Thanks again. Happy doing business at this location.

Such a great staff! I went to the Bellingham store and was treated very poorly. I gave the Woonsocket store a try and they were SO HELPFUL! After a long and stressful day, they made it easy to get a new phone after my old one broke! - very appreciative customer
