Talked with Don at the Aurora/Montgomery store. Wow! What great customer service. He was really nice, we talked through prices and how the exchanges worked. He even went in the back to ensure the equipment was available for today. As I come by more people who lack customer service, this becomes more important to me as a core business value. Thanks Don!

These guys are great! I just bought a tig welder to start learning on and they really helped me get what I needed. At this point I'm an amateur but Alex and his guys treated me like a professional and I really respect that. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Staff answered all my questions regarding CO2 tanks. They exchanged my tank and my beer is flowing again!! Thank you guys!! They had all the COVID-19 restrictions in place, cleaned as we transacted, great experience!

Getting a food grade C02 tank exchanged there, they gave me a rusted out tank. So if you prefer to not have rust around your food then you'll have to go somewhere else for your food grade CO2. When I noticed rust stains on my hands and brought it back, they refunded me.

Wow what a joke this place is. Took a co2 tank in. Said it had to be recertified. Charged me for that. Got another tank got it home. You get 5 years on a tank. They gave me a tank that was done two years ago. So much for five years. Also liked they were covid 19 doctors. To bad they even get one star.
