My wife and I are always impressed by the customer service here! The cashiers and the pharmacy staff are excellent and always seem happy to help! Whoever is in charge of hiring really knows how to pick amazing people! Also love deals you can find there and staff helps you find those also!

Yo I don’t get the haters! Everyone here has been super nice and helpful, from pharmacy to checkout. The pharmacy helped me check for discounts and gave me the best options. Checkout very nice and friendly.

The Pharmacist -Thomas - at this location is awesome. He is full of empathy and compassion. He went out of his way to make sure I got the right medication, and at the lowest price possible. He also took his time to explain things to me, and answered my questions. There is no doubt in my mind that this Pharmacist contributes significantly to the positive outlook of this CVS location.

I don’t know what all the negative reviews are about. I’ve had a great experience here. From in store experience to over the phone pharmacy requests. Maybe you guys should experience CVS on Clinton and Brawley so you can appreciate this pharmacy lol. Anyways I highly recommend. This store and pharmacy actually made me reconsider leaving CVS.

I'm so happy this location is nearby and stays open until 10 p.m. I was able to quickly stop in, find what I needed and also treat myself to the 50% of Halloween candy deal that is going on right now. Non edible items are 75% off! The friendly staff makes for a rewarding shopping experience as well. The beauty section is also very well stocked.

This CVS and the one on fresno/shaw are amazing. This particular location went above and beyond to expedite my lil boy's meds tonight. I have never been to this location before and nonchalantly mentioned to the tech that we just came from Urgent Care for the flu (my lil boy was in the car with family). In less than 5 mins we were on our way. The pharmacist was very kind as well. I was shocked since I've had such awful service at the one on Herndon/fresno. Great service deserves recognition these days. I only regret not getting their names. From the tech, the pharmacist, and even the front entrance cashier, they were all second-to-none. God bless.

The staff is great, well all but one, the reason that there is no coverage is because cvs is greedy. Even with over 7000 stores they don't want to spend money on labor. Feel free to complain to the district manager at herndon and west store. Love this particular store's manager though. He tries his best to satisfy the impossible fresno customer. Hes the best manager I've ever worked for

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They do get busy at times but it beats the Walmart pharmacy any day!
