Irma provided excellent experience at AT&T. Irmas assistance in helping me save money during my purchase of new products is truly commendable. Her expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction make her an asset to the store.

Got the most amazing help from Irma. Here at this AT&T location on Olive was given more education about my IPhone and backups. I recommend any and everyone to come to this store and ask for her. Cause I guarantee you she will help you out with your phone problems and once again ask for Irma.

Came in and spoke to Dennis the store manager at the Olive St. Store in Madera. He was very helpful, I came in with questions about my bill and he was able to explain it to me. Very thankful for his great and fast customer service. A big difference from what I received over the phone with corporate customer service.

I came to see Irma a the Olive location in madera she was wonderful. The other store messed my bill up Irma was able to fix my problem. Also the manger Dennis was great installed the digital business card and they were both very helpful. We will come here from now on.

I usually don’t do reviews but felt the need to. I’m a business owner and know the importance of great customer service. Rocio was so helpful and set up my phone and watch. I don’t know the managers name but he’s a black guy and he was so helpful and great with his customer service. I will never go to the one near Home Depot as my experience there was not a great one. I will definitely be coming back to this AT&T thank you for all your help!
