Walked in and no one else was in the store. We were immediately greeted and asked how we could be helped. Upgraded my phone with the pre order of an S24 Ultra. The gentleman who helped me was so efficient! We have never been in and out of a T-mobile store that fast!! Another gentlemen jumped in to help my husband put on a new Screensaver and did an excellent job! Will try to use this store for all our T-mobile needs!

Buying a cell phone has become more complicated than buying a car and it can be a taxing experience. If you’re a T-Mobile customer and want a good experience, use this store. I’ve walked in here twice and walked out satisfied (despite dropping hundreds of dollars on a phone). I’ve always gotten my questions answered or found the item I wanted. Not the case for the store on Lexington Springmill. Again, if you’re a T- Mobile customer, this store in the Appleseed center is the store to do business. Brandon and Charlotte were awesome!

I love love love this store! I stopped by on a busy Monday. Tahik (I am so sorry I probably spelled that wrong) was so nice and quickly helped me get my number ported over to my own account. It was a long process because my account was affiliated with a business prior. In that time I watch Cameron and Lawerence assist other customers with kindness and compassion. Tahik was so kind and so patient with me throughout the time. I can go essay this is the only time I have ever not hated going to a cell phone store. These guys are a credit to your company.

Lexi Roush was amazing! I came in an hour before close (which wasn’t ideal but the t mobile in Ontario literally REFUSED to serve me and lied to me and said they didn’t have any iPhones..) this was my first time getting on my own plan and Lexi was great at answers my questions and made me feel welcome! She needs a raise!!

The staff was awesome. Alexi was a huge help in getting our new phones set up. The manager and staff held conversation with us to make the time pass. Excellent experience!

You must give T mobile the opportunity!!! . I was with Verizon for 4 years. I've never been taken advantage of so much. I had 8 lines through my buisness , from the start to finish with Verizon I was so depressed at how much they wronged me lied to me over charged me etc. I went to t-mobile hoping for better but after Verizon I was hopless . Met store manager Darin Fink and buisness rep Brandon Beach , mobile expert, and let me tell you he lived up to the title. From hello I knew it was different it's like they cared. They ported all my lines took me out of that mess I paid 200 a mo th less , gave me ahot spot that actually works. See Verizon gives there gate way and it's 300 gb then they charge you 10 dollars a gb after that, so if you use 800 a ml th like me then you pay 500 dollars more on top of your bill, And the speed is set at 25 mbs per sec. T MOBILE HAS A 5G BUISNESS INTERNET THEY CHARGED 30 DOLLARS A MONTH AND GUESS WHAT SPEEDS ARE 250 MBS AND I AM NEVER THROTTLED AND PAY NO OVERAGES JUST 30 A MONTH. BRANDON will help you he will not leave you in a mess . These guys deserve accommodations for there work ethic. If I could give 1000 stars I would . I love you guys thank you for what did. After 2 years of being and feeling so taken advantage off through Verizon, they fixed and cleared it up in 2 hours . What you see is what you get. I even said to them it's like Elon musk owns this company because I feel like I'm not being screwed but being given what's fair, like he always. Lo and behold they themed for star link .lolol any who trust them for your buisness and personal home I telnet and phones you will be very happy !!thanks Brandon I can say I have never shed a tear out of joy getting phones and I telnet but I did that and will always remeber and be thankful for it!!!

By far the best location in Mansfield area! Not only the best T-Mobile, but the best cell phone store period. Darin and team are rock stars, and will do anything they possibly can to do the right thing for their customers

These people are awesome

I was staying in the area for the holidays
Had a couple of issues with my phone & needed to deal with it quickly
I had read some negative reviews before going so was slightly dubious

However the manager here, Darin, was incredibly helpful
He and his staff were friendly, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable

They took care of my issues in very short order and I don't think I've ever been quite so happy with any service related to my phone ever

So refreshing to deal with such professionals

I live a good 45 minutes from this store but it is worth the drive knowing the quality of service they provide!

Staff was helpful but I found they had difficulty changing me from sprint yo TMobil because of things in place by the company.
