This was not even a 1 star rating!
I sent them a email to request a quote with photos of my broken t Handel on my truck drivers side front bin with a picture of my key so that I could get a replacement assembly.
I received a quote by email including the t-handel and the lock and the shipping cost...and to call to make the order.
I called and made the order referring to the quote I was given. The salesman told me you should order 2 locksets just in case....total upsale!
It would be great if I got what the quote was but I only received 2 lock sets and 4 rivets.
I called to find out where the rest of my order was I was told that my order was 2 locks and not the t- handle assembly.
I informed him I ordered the quote! And didn't receive that!
I wasn't charged for the t-handle so I said send me the assembly but don't charge me shipping because it was a mistake on your end!
He told I would never get free shipping!
I TOLD HIM HE WOULD NEVER GET ANOTHER DOLLAR FROM ME AGAIN!!!!!
THIS IS THE THE PROBLEM WITH COMPANIES!
THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE COSTUMER!
BUT WHAT THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND IS WE HAVE THE MONEY THEY WANT!!!!

AND WE CAN CHOOSE NOT TO GIVE IT TO THEM!!!

KNOW WHERE YOU'RE MONEY GOES!!!!!
