CVS

While this CVS pharmacy gets very crowded and waiting for prescription pick up at the end of the work day can take 15-20 mins, just wanted to take a second look o thank the pharmacy staff at this location. I stopped by during peak times and mine was not yet ready, I let the pharmacist know I was trying to urgently pick up my prescription due to active pain, and within minutes they made sure to fill my prescription, even given the significant line. Very appreciative of this and can't say anything bad about this CVS!!

a different CVS screwed up a prescription transfer to this location, but the young lady working at the counter at the time of this review posting was very helpful and sorted things out very quickly to make sure i didnt miss any more doses. i dont know her name but she was great so if you are reading this thank you for your help!

This Store has excellent customer service; being in an area of a lot crime; I needed Tylenol which was locked up; though they had a long line. These 3 young ladies immediately sent one of Themselves to unlock the case, and when I went to make my purchases at the register, They were swift for On the Go People like Myself, They were Informative and Very Friendly. After the CVS on K ST NW decided to close outside their operating hours, the CVS on H st NE came to rescue! They partially filled my prescription for several days until they could verify my insurance, since the other CVS left my prescription in limbo. They didn’t even charge me for the much needed antibiotics to hold me over until everything could be sorted out during the next business day. You all are awesome, and know how to do what’s right!

The pharmacy staff is kind and helpful despite being very busy. One the best CVS pharmacy experiences I’ve had.

I love the pharmacist there especially the really tall black woman. She's amazing in fact everyone that works there is great. They are super helpful, calling doctors to get refills. Always willing to help and answer questions! That's what customer service is about.

The staff is always very kind but this review is specific for the Pharmacy who goes above and beyond to listen and assist you.

The pharmacy staff was super patient and friendly even though it was pretty busy when I walked in. They were extremely helpful and kind.

Mike at the front register was really helpful and directed me to the area I needed as I walked in the store. More places should have someone helpful like he is!
