What a great experience, from the first time I chatted with Kevin on the website. He was always available and answered all questions. He shipped the spin bikes out quickly and they were well packed. The bikes work great and of course were a great value. This is a top notch organization that is all about customer service!

My elliptical arrived very well protected in it's shipping crate. Looks brand new. Everything is well lubricated with belts tensioned. I anticipate many years of use from this machine all at a quarter of the price of a new one

Completely happy with my purchase! The shipping company damaged the machine during transit and FB USA, took care of replacing the damaged parts. The repairman they sent was super. I purchased a Cybex recumbent bike for my mother from Fitness Brokers a few days ago. It was delivered today, Monday by the company that works with Fitness Brokers. The entire process was easy and professional. I spoke to Kevin at FB and he helped me select the right bike. He was very sincere and provided recommendations based on my needs and their inventory. He was very concerned that I get the right bike in the best possible condition for my mom. He sent me pictures and he was extremely responsive when I had questions. We worked through all the details, including the slightly tricky delivery. This is not a lightweight bike, but John, who delivered it BY HIMSELF in a proper delivery truck, was not deterred in the least. He handled it as if he has been doing this for years (I guess he has!) and was friendly and helpful at the same time. He even tested it before leaving to make sure that it worked. The bike is used but it looks new and is in great shape.

From start to finish this was a great experience made that way by Kevin and John. I highly recommend the company.

I have always belonged to a gym but with all the COVID restrictions wearing a mask during a brisk workout held no appeal. Like many others I decided to upgrade my home gym and that is when I found FB Fitness Brokers.In my search I visited a few other places but I was impressed with Kevin Michienzi and his sincere and friendly approach.The warehouse where all the equipment is housed is very clean and well organized.I purchased a PRECOR treadmill and it was delivered promptly and within the time that Kevin said it would be. Super communicative, helpful and a large selection of Cybex equipment. Great experience getting a treadmill and it into the truck to take away. Really nice folk. Look for the sketchy blue door towards the back. Calling them first next time I need something at a great price.

Every three years my YMCA replaces all of their Kaiser spin bikes. Found a listing on Craigslist for Kaiser M3i's, cleaned and serviced. Turns out that Fitness Brokers bought the entire lot from the two locations. Placed an order and was told that it was going to take up to three weeks for it to be serviced. Took delivered on Saturday, very clean and smooth.

Hands down one of the best troubleshooting/purchasing experiences I've ever had with an equipment supplier. These guys really know their stuff and worked hard to offer me a cost effective solution that addressed my particular situation. Unfortunately the specific part I require is no longer manufactured and available out in the marketplace, however a similar model holds potential of being able to sub in and restore my elliptical back to working condition. They happened to have this component in inventory and were willing to create for me a deal that met my budget constraints. Absolutely straightforward and a pleasure to work with - Fitness Brokers USA can count on my future business.

I ordered a large expensive piece of equipment from Kevin at Fitness Brokers. I spent a lot of $ and was concerned if it would arrive damaged. They professionally crated it SO well I’ve never in 10 years of buying equipment seen a better job. For that reason I would definitely buy with confidence again.

These folks are the real deal. I visited their headquarters in Foxborough, Mass., and saw the scores of machines they were reconditioning. Their technicians know the equipment and go through it thoroughly. I bought a Life Fitness 91xi elliptical trainer for about one-third the original retail price, and it runs as smoothly as any I have used at my local gym. Actually, it's better than most of those machines. Cleaner, too. They delivered the machine to my home in New York four days earlier than the deadline we agreed on. Thank you, Fitness Brokers USA.

Just purchased a used arc trainer with Lou and could not be more that satisfied. Visited the warehouse in Foxbourough and was very impressed with the inventory of all equipment - new and used. Was worth the trip and the process was easy. Paid for the delivery to have Mass Movement deliver and was worth the money. The men were very impressive in managing the equipment into a diffulicult layout. Would recommend this company for anyone looking for workout equipment.

Purchased a First Degree Fitness, Neptune Challenge AR rower from Fitness Brokers USA through their Ebay store. Used the "Best Offer" option and got a good price.

The rower was brand new in its original packaging and was shipped very quickly. They shipped it UPS so I was able to track the two separate boxes all the way through the system.

Was skeptical about it being brand new at first since their Ebay store mostly sells used fitness equipment. Made inquiries to them through the Ebay venue and found their communications to be both excellent and prompt.

I would definitely buy from them again.
