Just finished setting up my new iPhone 15 at T-Mobile Luis and the entire staff are friendly professional, and some of the best customer service we have ever had would highly recommend going for him for all your technical needs. Such a great experience will definitely be back.

T- Mobile is lucky to have someone like Takoma on their team! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled, he is also polite and professional. I will continue to visit this store knowing Takoma is there. If he moves to another store, I will need to know. Give this guy a raise so T -Mobile doesn’t lose this awesome person!

2/6/24 Went to this T-Mobile for help with my IPhone and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service I received. I’m 71yrs & technically challenged. Monica was incredibly patient and kind and answered all my questions and literally helped me navigate through what I needed to do. Akem also assisted me as well. It’s refreshing to have young people help a senior with kindness and a smile! Thank you Monica and Akem! I truly appreciate all your help. T-Mobile is lucky to have you both.

The Lincoln Store near the Lincoln Mall is excellent. As a new member of t-mobile I went in to get my Apple iPhone 13 Pro activated and just like the 8 SIM cards given to me by Boost. The T-Mobile card didn’t fit properly. Apple blamed Boost and Boost blamed Apple so I figured I should try the eSIM option instead and it worked perfectly.
Boost does not do eSIM
I walked in with my sister and the store was empty except for the 2 techs. I was seen right away and within 15 minutes my phone was up and running on a eSIM . Perfect solution although Boost charged my autopay $50.00 for 3 days when I was actually a T-Mobile customer. I told them to keep it but don’t charge me for autopay anymore. I did not have to pay a dime for the eSIM or the activation fee.
I strongly recommend this Lincoln store.
Many other stores have deservingly poor reviews and poor customer service. Read the reviews before buying from any store. You will save yourself a lot of grief. Only the George Washington HWY store within 5 miles next to the Lincoln Mall went smoothly. Don’t go anywhere else. Take this as a heads up . I and Mendon rd is 3 minutes from each other but the reviews made me decide on the Lincoln Mall. I could have gone to either one on Mendon Rd or Diamond Hill but reviews for those two turned me away. Just goes to show that reviews are paid attention to by consumers looking for something.

The Mendon Rd and Diamond Hill Rd reviews seemed to lead me to think their customer service is lacking. Not all employees I’m sure are like that but some employees had a God complex. Nothing to say negatively about the Lincoln store and the guys on the floor One came up to us and was very nice and professional, smiled a lot and had to do a lot to get me going on eSIm but he took his time
though he was busy with me, he was able to answer our tons of questions while concentrating on our questions. If I got lost on my phone because it does seem complicated. ( I’m 70) Any Customer Support number chatted my questions quickly to resolve the problems

Luis was the most wonderful and patient man. Had to visit another TMobile because they claimed they couldn’t help! Luis troubleshoot the issue and all issues were resolved!

The place was great from the moment I walked in it was a little too hot inside the building but the experience wasn't for 20 minutes and we had to pick the phone by your phone it was for workers five people waiting nobody waited more than 20 minutes the place was really great that people were really nice the place clean I wish they had a public bathroom but other than that we didn't even pay a lot the phone was free so thank you very much T-Mobile you guys were great on 1/16 in Lincoln

This location this past Tuesday at 12pm and I had an experience with sprint for almost two and half hours just for them to merge me to me a t mobile customer my patience with sprint was running low but with the help of Ariana she made me feel better and helped me through the process and didn’t let me be upset! She completely made the process easier after I spoke to sprint, and she switched me right over as a customer of t mobile fully! And this location only had the two colors and I really wanted the colors gold or silver :( BUT!!! Marvin was also a big help and he drove all the way to Johnston to another location just to get me the color I needed and I am beyond thankful! I would recommend this location to anyone they will never let you down!!!

These employees not only are they good at their job but they have the best calmest demeanor and customer service skills I’ve ever seen in a mobile carrier business!

After some previous horrible experiences with Sprint stores in the past, David at this location restored my confidence in this company again. With some of the confusion after merging with T-Mobile, my husband and I wanted to go to a store to actually speak with someone about upgrading our phones. From the minute we walked in the door to when we left, David was PHENOMENAL! We had quite a few questions both about the phone we were interested in as well as our plan and he answered every single one without hesitation. He made this transition process easy to understand and downright pleasant. Thank you David, we will definitely be back!!

We always have the best experience here. We came in today and Justin helped us. He was so kind, professional, knowledgable, and helpful. We went in stressed out and worried and left smiling and relaxed. We are going to bring our family in Boston all the way to Lincoln next time they need to visit T-Mobile! I’ve meant to add this review and have forgotten. I dealt with Marvin on the evening I went it. He was alone but handled everyone efficiently and just as importantly with excellent Customer Service. I hope this company appreciates him because it’s rare to find both qualities these days.

I went in on a whim hoping they had the 12 Pro Max, they did! And they team was so helpful. Ariana was a great help walking me though to get what I needed, explained why it may take a little time to set up. She was cheerful, nice and was helping others and other teammates as well. I just moved here from North Providence and yes it’s not far but I’d rather do things and shop in my town. I’m grateful for the excellent service

I went to this location to purchase a new cell phone for my daughter last night. I called on my way, seeing the store was only open for another half hour. I spoke with Anthony, he assured me it was still ok to come in and he didn't mind staying, if it took longer to activate. Little did we know the process was going to make over 2.5 hours. The sprint system was having some issues, and the phone we were trying to backup had alot of info on it. Also the AC in the building was not working, it was 80 degrees in the store! Anthony was very polite, super friendly, and helpful through the entire process! His customer service skills were exceptional! I want to thank you Anthony for making my experience with T-Mobile an absolute pleasure!!!!!

I cant begin to exlain how exceptional my store experience.was.today. The assistant manager David was beyond helpful and straightened out every issue i have been having with my account for over 18 months now. Not only did he find the problem and figure out how to fix it he offered a solution that fits my family perfectly. My wife and I wanted to switch to T Mobile...
We dreaded doing this because it is ALWAYS A HASSLE....Till now...we were waited on by David in Lincoln.
This Guy belongs in Corporate!!!
He made the whole experience Amazing.
My wife had so many questions and David took the time to explain everything in detail.
David was the best Tech I have met in a long time. HE said if we had any questions just stop by.

I called first to see if there was a manager I could talk to regarding charges on my bill and other issues I spoke to the manager who was very friendly and said if he is busy when I get there his assistant Dave could help me. Arrived within 30 minutes Dave greeted me upon entering and was absolutely professional even though I was all ready annoyed with customer service I had been dealing with on phone for about 6 months on previous issues and problems, never helpful. I was
on the verge of switching carriers. Dave asked me what he could help me with and new I was annoyed but assured me by the time I leave he would get the problem resolved. He called customer service and we had to resolve prorated charges and plans that were changed that shouldn’t have been. Finally after 1 hour and that same customer service person hanging up 2 times on us, the issues were resolved.
The manager and other worker there were also very helpful and explained things I wasn’t aware of when getting promotional deal on new phone. I will say Dave is certainly an asset to the company!
