Costco Wholesale

This Costco has consistently impressed us since its opening day. With the additions of new gas pumps, a spacious parking lot, and high-quality produce, we can’t really complain with our visits. After shopping, we always grab a bite from the food court, where the food and service never disappoint.

I want to give a shout out to an employee by the name of Rene. I was at this location this morning and had a question about an item that appeared to be the last one of its kind. Rene stopped what he was doing and took the time to help me. He even called his manager (Anthony)to come help me and made sure I was taken care of. He was very patient and super helpful. This type of customer service is rare nowadays, sometimes employees look bothered when you ask for their help. I truly appreciate the time he took to help me, it’s gestures like this that make you feel happy to shop here :)

My favorite store ever, great deals, great clothes, and great vibe. But even though I love Costco very much, and it is my go to store, but don't buy the $20 chicken pot pie. It is not good and uses canned chicken and it very salty.

Best time to go to any Costco is when they open and this place is no exception. The food court is located inside the building unlike the far superior Cal Expo location where it is located outside of the building. Still, the store is clean and always full of good deals and the new self checkout lines go quick and there’s always staff there to help you if you need it.

This Costco location is not as busy as the other one that I have been to. The store is so well stocked with merchandise and frozen foods. There is quite a bit of stuff that they carry, but the other store on E. Stockton Boulevard doesn't. I would definitely shop again.

Love this new Costco in Elk Grove. It's convenient and clean with a large parking lot. I love that they have a great selection of organic products for reasonable prices. Costco is awesome!

This store has a larger selection than the Stockton Blvd location. Checkout time is about the same, maybe a bit longer. Parking is plentiful and the Food Court has quite a few tables. Lots of other eateries in the shopping complex, so plan on having lunch in the area.

Good Costco. Not as crowded as south Sac Costco and the gas line moves quickly. They have lots of gas pumps. Be on the lookout for the aggressive drivers here though, because if they see a tiny gap in the gas line, they'll floor it to beat someone else to the spot.

Wide selections of products that will definitely fulfill you or your family’s needs. Great place if you have a bigger family or just wanting to buy items in bulk. The food court is also amazing with cheap, but tasty items.

I enjoy Costco, not just this location but all. I call it the $200 Store.
We go in for a loaf of bread and leave with a basket full of goodies lol.
Puck up what you like, you might not find it on your next visit. Great prices if you need it in bulk. Great return policy shall you find the product defective or not as described. U enjoy Costco more than a trip to the mall

By far THE BEST Costco I’ve ever been too. The gas station has 3 pumps per lane which is great since everyone always go there. Since it’s new everything is nice, clean, and high tech. The food court has tablets to preorder your own food which is the smartest thing Costco could have added.
Parking is also great since it’s huge.
My only concern is what they will be adding around Costco. Hopefully not more stores to cause congestion.

Love the food samples and food court, good customer service, friendly people. Parking lot is always full of cars, no pressure shopping. Need yellow lines designating each cashiers. Great job associates.

Great deals, you never know what you need until you go to Costco, lol. We picked up a WEBER Genisis II last week just in time for the 4th of July. Costco carries quality items. You can't go wrong. Hubby put this together in about 3 hours, but everything fit perfectly and best of all no leftover parts and it worked!!!

Ok, I rarely give shout outs to staff, but Darnell was amazing. Not only did he go the extra mile, but he was on top of things. Firstly, we needed a mattress and foundation. He got us a flat bed, helped us load the mattress, and saw there was no foundation stocked out front. So he went to go get a foundation for us. He pulled a foundation, brought it to us and realized there was damage to it, so he ran back and grabbed another one.

Darnell embodies the Costco work ethic. He needs to be in management. Costco corporate needs to take Darrell in and have him show others what customer experience really does and why it is important. What an amazing experience.

I wanted to update this to make sure Darnell I'd getting the kudos he so deserves.

Update: I still love Darrell! Also BRING BACK THE CHURRO!! THE COOKIES STINK ON ICE!!!!

Fantastic. Very clean, great variety of foods compared to Stockton and Lodi.

I really like this Costco. Gas is usually cheaper than most other Costcos in the area. Sometimes the gas station lines can be a bit long, but there are a lot of pumps.

Doing what they do best! Just keep an eye out for the better deals.

Always greeted with a smile. Staff is on top of things and keep everything moving.

Costco in Elk Grove, CA is great. Like all Costco stores it can get very crowded at peak hours, and they still tend to move people through check out very quickly.

In recent years they've started offering many more gluten free options, which is really great.

Also, their Kirkland brand anything is amazing, including all their spirits and wine.
