I went in for a promotion deal to update my phone and worked with Chris. He was absolutely excellent and went through all of the different options with me and explained all of the fine print really well and transparently so that I was confident in upgrading and that there wouldn't be any surprises or nuances about it that would affect me later. Super patient and personable

Chris with the cool hair was insanely helpful tonight in setting me up with a new iPhone 15 pro max. I was honestly dreading going in and he made it both fun and painless for me switching my phone. He got me hooked up with a better internet plan too for much cheaper than what I’m paying now. I can’t thank Chris enough for all of his help tonight. If you need anything Verizon related, this location and Chris are the ones to go to

I can't say enough about my short visit to the EA Verizon location except that the reviews are real and the staff are the real deal, no doubt about that!
I had a Google pixel 3 for the last 4ish years and finally after years of temperature abuse the thing quit on me. I got the to store close to closing and when I walked in I gave the guys an out by saying "If you guys are closing soon I can come back tomorrow no big deal" (I figured with it being a Sunday and with the Bills game on tonight who wants to stay late at work, right?) but Chris helped me out and got me set up with a new phone, cover, screen protector, was able to answer all my questions and made me feel as if I was the first customer of the day. No rush, no fuss, just beyond fantastic customer care without cutting any corners even though our business was well beyond the original closing time. On top of solving my initial problem he went the extra 5 miles to look over my bill and find ways for me to cut costs on services I had but was not utilizing before we even got started so I was not only able to get my problem fixed but my monthly bill going forward isn't dragging me through the coal's, talk about a win, win! The other guy there (Demetrius???) was helping out a couple and I'm ashamed to say but I was eves dropping a touch and he also (from what I could hear) was the real deal and just a all-star in going above and far beyond what you would expect from a visit to a Verizon store.

TLDR - EA Verizon store's staff are the GOAT and I won't be going anywhere else for my Verizon needs!

I needed a Wi-Fi box and and new phone, and Chris was extremely helpful, he went over the different iPhones, Wi-Fi plans, and prices with me, and made what seemed to be confusing very easy to understand. We had to wait a while because he was the only one working at the time, but he was very nice and apologetic. He works efficiently, and is respectful of others time. Great service, I will certainly go back next time I need a phone or Wi-Fi.

I recently upgraded my phone and worked with Chris and Demetri. They were both super friendly and helpful! They helped make this transfer a very smooth process, I will definitely be returning in the future.

Austin at the Verizon store in EA is exceptionally dedicated and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to. He makes your experience feel like a consultation rather than an exploitative retail experience. Great.

Dimitri was very helpful he helped me to figure out how I can lower my bill because I do not have a lot of money he was very knowledgeable about what I needed how we can fix my plan help me to get my daughter a new Samsung tablet it was very great and the experience was amazing and wonderful and it was good to know that somebody could help me out in the way I needed.

Verizon East Aurora NY store. Austin took very good care of us. Explained the offers clearly, saved us some dough, and got us into new phones.
