AT&T Store

Went to look at headphone options and the guys educated me on compatibility, features, and price. They helped me maximize value and at my request improve my case and screen protector economically. Very pleasant, very helpful and knowledgeable. I'll be returning when I want to upgrade.

I recently visited the AT&T store in Navy Yard, and I can't praise the experience enough! Marco and Clint were the two customer service reps who assisted me, and they were simply outstanding. Their knowledge, patience, and genuine care for my needs turned a potentially complicated process into a breeze. They took the time to explain my options and helped me find the perfect solution. I left the store feeling satisfied and well taken care of. If you're in need of any services, make sure to ask for Marco and Clint; they're true professionals. Five stars without a doubt!!

I went in with a SIM card issue and Mohammed helped me out right away. He was very friendly and had me out in just 5 minutes. I will definitely go back to this store if I need anything.

Not to often I can share a positive experience in a retail store today, but this store deserves a 10 star! They were amazing with me and my family & listened & delivered without being pushy. The staff here I wish worked in everywhere I choose to shop at!! Will be back!!

This store is great! Carlos the manager and his team were so helpful when I went to trade in my old phone for a newer one. The payment schedule was explained thoroughly and clearly, and I even got a discount! The other employees were kind as well and placed my screen protector perfectly. Carlos clearly knew his stuff and was very friendly and helpful after a recent rough experience I had at another phone store. He was very patient with my questions and ironed out some kinks on my online account. An all-around great experience!

I had a great experience! I was worried I wouldn’t be able to recover my data when switching phones and carriers but the staff was very diligent to ensure all my concerns were remedied to my satisfaction. The staff was responsive, welcoming, and sociable! I never had so much fun getting cell phone service started! Highly recommend.

Awesome location and experience! Super excited to FINALLY have a location near my home. I went in to get assistance with my bill. They explained everything to me in detail and broke it down. Super friendly and they even offered to lower my cable bill, because I pay way too much. So to the staff and superb leadership, thank you for everything! You definitely have a customer for life.

Took my Godmother to the store yesterday because for some reason her screen went blank when someone would call. And none of her apps was opening. Tried to turn the phone off, but that didn’t work either. She went in the store and seen a very nice guy by the name of Johnny! He fixed her phone in a matter of 3 minutes. Literally! Idk what he did, but he saved her from having to send the phone off to be repaired or replaced. Thanks again Johnny! And I must say the staff in there in general are welcoming and nice.

I would highly recommend this AT&T store. Gia and Nick were very helpful to me today. I am from Indiana and I was here visiting congress. My cell phone died and they got me into a new phone with my data into my new phone. Thanks for all you did. The best AT&T store I’ve been in before.

The store was new and really nice. Carlos was the store manager and helped me get a new phone after mine had recently broke. I was in and out and he was a huge help. Would definitely recommend stopping in if you need a new phone!

Tyrell is so knowledgeable! And ATT had a great promo. Honestly, this was the best customer service I have received in 10 to 15 years. I never received this level of customer service at the store in Mazza Gallerie. I have been with ATT since it was Bell South. Tyrell is STELLAR! Completely worth the drive past the other stores.

Jake was AMAZING. Life saver. Store was empty, no wait. Great service. I had two people help me immediately and they resolved my whole end to end issue in one go! (I was porting a number from TMobile to ATT) Jake made it a breeze!
