I recently started the sourdough-making process and everyone raved about the Mason Cash bowls. I found the In the Meadow Mason Cash 4-piece set. Shipping was super fast one of the bowls came with a crack in it and I reached out to customer service right away and they sent a replacement. I happened to notice another crack in one of the other bowls and again same situation they sent a replacement right away. Their customer service is top-notch! They do not make you wait forever to respond to your inquiry and they are happy to help. I will be a forever long-term customer with this company and I cannot say anything bad about them at all. I have already told everyone I know about them. Thank you so much for everything you guys are awesome!!!

Found the bowl set I was looking at for less than anywhere else. It arrived quickly with eco-friendly packaging. There was a crack in one of the bowls and they immediately shipped a replacement. Very happy with my experience and will be looking to buy more items from them in the future.

This is the second time I have purchased from Chefs Corner and both times have been great service and product! My latest purchase was the OXO grain colander. It drains quinoa perfectly without the grains going everywhere or losing any. Genius invention!!

I live in Manhattan in New York City. We are woefully short on retail stores. We are severely lacking in any kind of customer service anywhere. I was looking for the Circulon circular tool crock with a divider. Could not find it anywhere. I don’t even know how I came to Chef’s corner store, but I am thrilled that I did.
They recommended the ones that they sell. The RSVP endurance oversized tool crock. It was perfect. I think it is probably exactly the same as the Circulon.
I am not sure I remember ever doing business with such lovely people. I placed the order. There was no tax and no shipping. Beautifully and securely packaged and arrived in a most timely fashion.

I had been looking for a replacement carafe for my Smeg coffee pot and could only find extremely marked up prices on every other website. I was not familiar with chef’s corner store, but found the carafe for the correct pricing. I took a chance based on the google reviews and I am so glad I did! The price was right, the product shipped quickly, and I received a perfect authentic Smeg coffee carafe within the week! We bought a coffee machine from Chef’s Corner Store online, much to our own good luck. I had been looking for this machine for a while, and finally found it online with a great price. I checked the reviews on this place, and they were stellar, so I bought it from my phone while we were on vacation.

A day later, our payment was returned. I called and got Amy. She was absolutely phenomenal. She explained that the system likely didn’t recognize the purchase as legitimate because we were out of state. The machine was showing out of stock, but she found one for us so I could reorder.

I mentioned we wouldn’t be back in town for a few days, so she proactively held onto the machine so we could be there to sign for it.

This cook’s and kitchen shop is a hidden gem. Stumbled upon it when researching Ankarsum mixers. A tiny retail area misleads the shopper because there is so much more in their inventory. Better yet is the courteousness and knowledge of their staff. Check the hours before going but do go! Terrific spot if you’d like seasoned cooks to guide you to the best tool for the job or if you are looking for a gift for a cook.

I was looking to upgrade my kitchen knives and came across Chef’s Corner Store. I had not heard of them, but they seemed to carry a good selection of quality items and reviews were good so I decided to place an order. I’m glad I did. Prices were as good as anyone’s, shipping was fast and communication after I placed my order was great. It was an excellent experience. They will definitely get more of my business.

This is my first time ordering from Chef's Corner and it won't be my last. The Mason Cash bowls that I ordered came very quickly and arrived in pristine condition. I even loved the packing material Chef's Corner used!! The bowls themselves are very pretty, sturdy and I am sure they will get much use starting this Fourth of July!!

I could not be happier with the customer service I received at Chef's Corner Store. I purchased a set of Fiesta for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately, one of the plates arrived shattered. I called and explained the situation and received a replacement plate the very next day.

The item I bought was out of stock at every retailer I could find and still is at most. After repeated searches, Chef's Corner Store was the first to have the item available and purchasing was a breeze. Just two days later my items were shipped and arrived in three days, perfectly packaged. So pleased, I have looked over their online store and they have many other fine items at fair prices, so I will be shopping there again soon.

I wish I could give Chef's Corner Store more business. I buy from them online, as I live in Minnesota. The shipments are always fast and correct. The time I needed to call the store, the person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I recommend this store and love that it is a family-owned business.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!! I needed to replace the glass lids to my pots and pans as they were 20 years old and starting to chip. I found the new and improved version on Chef's Corner! They were on sale cheaper than anywhere else plus free shipping! They were packaged really well and I received them very quickly too! I'm a fan for life and will definitely be shopping here again!
