Came in the store and it was nice and clean I came to get a phone and I was helped with no problem Brian was an outstanding employee that got me the perfect phone for streaming videos and I could be more happier I recommend everyone to go to this store

Cassie was great she took care of us and help other people at the same time. Told us it would be an hr to transfer everything and if we wanted to go have lunch or do anything she would finish the set up for us. She is amazing 🤩 and very friendly and helpful and polite.. if I had to rate her she would be a 10000

I was welcomed in this cricket location upon my arrival, I had a iPhone that wasn’t working properly and had taken it to another cricket location that did not fix it properly. Kathy took her time and figured out what the problem was after much trouble shooting. I give her a 10 for effort, compassion and persistence. Thank You Kathy and your excellent staff.

Cassie was great took care of me and other customers at same time helped me set phone up and while waiting gave my granddaughter come crackers to help with the time phone was taking while to transfer so we left and she finished set for me. She is awsome

They where nice I was looking for a new phone but one on sale for Christmas for my son. He didn't fine what he was looking for so we keep going to the next location.

I initially went to another Cricket location and was greeted by a very unhelpful person who didn't want to work. I left there and went to the White Lake location and Jaysen was absolutely AWESOME! His knowledge of phones is unbelievable. He set up my phone, emails, blue-tooth and spent more than 2 hours helping me. He was so friendly and never made me feel like I was asking too much. He went above and beyond what I expected, especially having had an unpleasant experience elsewhere. I can't thank him enough for his expertise and help. I wish you could get that kind of friendly service everywhere.

Very professional service at the White Lake store. Casy spent time with my purchase and transferring info from a broken phone that had little memory left. She answered all my questions politely and respectfully. I will definitely refer people to her at the White Lake store.

I'm not an easy customer (quite low tech), I ask a ton of questions and didn't even know what kind of phone I wanted when I came to the store. (I was dreading having to buy a new phone.) I can't thank Jr enough for being not only being patient with me, but knowledgeable about all of the phones. He walked me through numerous phones, never rushed me and I felt confident with my decision when I left. I very much appreciated this kind of service and I will be back.
