Staff over all was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate all the help they provided and while I rarely need assistance or help, if I need anything I'll definitely go back.

Camille is an incredibly competent young lady. My wife and I came in multiple times to see about upgrading our phones and get a bunch of questions answered. Each time we dealt with Camille. She answered all our questions while being polite and professional. When we finally pulled the trigger on our upgrades, Camille continued to be helpful and knowledgeable with the entire process from pre-order to transferring our data onto the new phones. She was very patient with those of us that are technologically challenged and made sure we were "good to go" with our new devices when we left the store. What a pleasure to deal with a such a quality person. Thank you! Oh yeah... we love our new phones!

Huge shoutout to Corey here!! I was having major issues with my phone and I went to two different locations, dealt with Apple support for hours, and Verizon support for two days with no questions answered. Corey took the time to listen to me and explained every part in great detail! Not to mention he was working the store alone, and was able to handle us all with equal importance. Highly satisfied.

Best experience I’ve had at this Verizon. The guy working (Last name Young) was so helpful and professional. The girl working (long black hair) was also great. I feel like these two are doing a great job and turning this Verizon around! If you asked me 6 months ago for a review it would be really low, but today I was super impressed.

Showed up after 5pm on Monday night with a dying phone. Joe very quickly came up with solid solutions for my dying phone, setting me up with not only a new iPhone but also a new iWatch and every accessory I needed for both, quickly and affordably.

Joe made my whole experience fun and painless + he stepped up to work with me even though I walked in just as
he was scheduled to get off work, staying for 1.5 hours to complete the entire process from sale to my information transfer. The information transfer took a long time but he waited patiently, not wanting to shut off my old phone until I was sure I had absolutely everything on my new phone.

I was VERY impressed with his elevated level of customer service and truly appreciate every ounce of his help.

Andew N. was THE most helpful and patient service representative I have encountered. My phone was "haunted" . The screen display did not work but alarms were buzzing and ringing. He helped me select a new phone and recover what info he could and send me home happy. I wholeheartedly recommend and endorse his phone cell knowledge and his customer helpfulness. Thank you Andrew. You deserve a raise for all the help you gave me today.

Great service! Coleman found us a super deal on a new phone with a trade in and completed the whole transaction very quickly. So much better than trying to do it online.

I want to take a moment and compliment your employee jo Halvorsen at the ponderay Verizon store Saturday a week ago on the 30th. My galaxy s21 ultra stopped working and i had to leave on Tuesday the 2nd of january 2024 and I needed to have my phone for Google maps working and my other phone stopped worked I stopped at the pinderay store I told jo the situation and that i wanted the best phone available because I had to leave on a trip on Tuesday the 2nd jo understood the situation and he put me in a number one situation to be able to get to seattle in no less then a few hours jo had me back on the road fully equipped and able to have my new phone ready to go as I had to leave on the 2nd 2024. I just want you to know that jo has showed me the best Verizon service I've ever had and I've been with Verizon for 25 years. And I just want to thank jo Halvorsen one more time for his service and Verizon for hiring such a commendable young man. Yours truly Bruce Schlehuber DBR auto sales.
