Love the associates here! Very friendly and efficient. Service is consistent. The coffee and food is consistent.

If you go to Starbucks regularly, use their app and take your own cup. I have earned a lot of free lattes by consistently taking my own cup, using their app and taking advantage of their promotions.

Bonus tip, if you are buying more than one drink (bring your own cup for each drink), have them ring each drink separately. You'll earn cup bonus points for each drink. If they run one transaction for all the drinks, you will only get cup points for one drink.

I started coming here because it's closer to the gym I where workout. But I found myself coming here even on my non-gym days because the service and atmosphere is that great! I haven't had one bad experience or been disappointed. Every visit, I am genuinely greeted and served right away. They're always stocked with breakfast items that are sometimes not available at other Starbucks I visit. I especially like the support they provide to deployed troops at the local base through a displayed donation stand in the store. This coffee shop is definitely at the top of my list!

Bad reviews at this place should never happen. They have one of the best staffs I've ever interacted with. Diane or Diana (want to make sure I get it right) I'm bad with names is amazing every time I stop I always ask for her we always have nice quick conversations cause they get busy but she is a wonderful person. Since I've met her she has always given me ideas about place to go and see in Washington St. Im not a Washingtonian so its helpful. We even talk about family. I would love to catch her on a break where we could sit and talk more. She truly makes you feel welcome. The whole staff does.

Staff is friendly & efficient. Store is kept clean & well stocked. In fact, this week (4 April 2018) they had the limited-edition Mexico blonde brew when the town center store did not.

Had a great experience here today. Friendly and prompt service, clean and comfortable atmosphere. One of the better Starbucks in the area. Only drawback is the parking lot can be crowded and hard to get in and out.

I will never go to another Starbucks if I can manage it. The staff is Always friendly and are the only ones who make our drinks perfectly every single time. Parking sometimes sucks but you can park in the next door shops lot too. They are amazing!!!!

The tall person with blonde hair and glasses makes the best coffee. Everyone there is always super nice and helpful.

We love this location, though it’s entirely waaaaay too busy seemingly all the time. They keep the bathrooms clean and smelling good and they have the all important nitro cold brew my morning foggy brain craves! And for this, I’ll keep returning. If the stars were for the staff, it’s hit or miss. Some are aloof and can’t get anything right and don’t really seem to care if you’re happy or not, and some are excellent. Good thing the nitro is hard to mess up.

Super friendly staff. I hang out at this particular location a lot to knock out some online college and I love the layout and atmosphere. The staff here are pretty good at making little samples of drinks and food and going around handing them out to the everyone.

This store has become one of my favorites and my first favorite in Washington. Business that usually steady but not too busy. The drinks are always made right, and the staff is courteous and efficient.

I went in to check on prices of cups for my granddaughter I didn't buy one at that location but I did buy one at the Albertsons cuz they had one that I wanted there but the young man on steilacoom boulevard was super nice and the lady at this Starbucks in Albertsons was good as well and I did buy a cup and a $10 gift card for my granddaughter

The baristas here are some of the best, for sure. So kind and thoughtful and my order is always made correctly

I used to order a chai frappe that was amazing but for years I have been told no one can make anything like what I had. Today a barista heard what I wanted and tried something different and made the best drink I've had in a while. Love Starbucks

The baristas here are wonderful! They remember me and my drink order everytime I'm there. If G is working, she usually has my drink done before I even order it ❤

Amazing also not like other starbucks where they have like 5 workers and take FOREVER and this starbucks they only have 2 workers and they are FAST, and if your are trying to order something from the secret menu they sometimes might not know what you are talking about but search up the ingredients of {your order} and show them the ingredients
