In short words. This place felt like home when I didn’t even knew it existed.
Food was outstanding. I got the Steak & Cheese Hoagie sub with bacon and provolone cheese and let me tell you.. I Ate. It. Up.
I left NOTHING on that place.

The food was so good that my friend ordered the Salmon skillet. Me not liking fish and stuff; tried it and it was so good that I ate the last piece that was on the table that my friend left🫣🥲.

The food was amazing. And the service was amazing. Prices are great for an every day breakfast and good joint. Would make this my every day spot.

Food was great! I got the Salmon Skillet and it did not disappoint. The salmon was so good, my friend had tried it for the first time there and literally ate the last piece that had dropped onto the table “to good to go to waste”
The staff was also super nice! Great service

Actually the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. And perfectly wrapped not one thing fell out. A hangover cure in a tortilla. You can tell the ingredients are really fresh and it feels and tastes homemade. Chefs kiss 👌🏻

Visiting Providence and we've eaten here 3 times in one week. Grilled chicken breast with steamed fresh vegetables may not sound like much -- huge portions of both, chicken moist and cooked in chef's secret mix of delicious spices. Choose a dressing to add flavor to veggies. $14.95 (Oct 2021) Friendly staff willing to accommodate requests - at least during not super-busy times when we went.

My friend recommended the pancakes at Meeting Street Cafe and I’m glad I followed his advice. I just had a big, delicious blueberry pancake there. I met the chef and he said they make their own dough. No why the pancake tasted so good! The scrambled eggs that came with the Pancake Combo were also very good. Get them with cheese.

Love their breakfast there and love that I can get it delivered. Had lunch there recently and love their Thanksgiving sandwich.

Family owned forever and will make you literally whatever you ask for, there are 6743 things on the menu, I counted.

A surprising gem that will rival any diner. Between the nice staff and quality of food was way better than I even expected everything seemed to have been made fresh to order including the fish tacos being and I mean the fish was cut battered and fried. I wouldn't have even known if someone didn't notice over the counter. Definitely a spot to check out if you're in the area

I have been going to this place since I was a little girl with my father and he has been going here since he was in college. This place is classic and amazing!! The atmosphere is so cozy and comforting, the people who work here are so kind and helpful. And the food is amazing!! The french toast is honestly the best french toast I've ever had in my life, so is the salad with grilled chicken and so is the eggs benedict! The prices aren't bad at all compared to the quality of the food. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Highly recommend this cute little restaurant. It's our go to for breakfast - large portions and tasty, fresh ingredients.

My salad was HUGE and so fresh that I ate half yesterday and saved the rest for today and it was just as good. The man at the counter, who I assume was the owner, was helpful and enthusiastic.

I've been coming here weekly for a gaming meetup since January. Good food, good service. My only complaint is that they desperately need to get a new music playlist.

Great breakfast! Fruit plate was fresh and delicious. My companion had the French toast- best I’ve ever tasted! My crab cake eggs benedict was superb! Eclectic cafe vibe. Good service. Will most certainly return.

Delicious breakfast, huge menu, quick service

The Chef, I believe his name is Ignatius but don't hold me to it... Has been there for 20 years and you can tell through the consistency of the food and service. We eat here every time we go to an event at Brown.

I have not been to this place in quite some time, but I do remember having a really great experience at this establishment. The staff were very friendly, and our server was so patient with my wife and me. We had never been here, so we had quite a few questions about the food. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and food.

This place is great! I went with my mom and sister when we were visiting Brown, we got the Turkey Vegetable Sandwich, burger, and French Toast, respectively. Delicious, very generous portions, well-priced, and fairly speedy service (maybe 10-15 minutes to get our food after ordering, and they were pretty busy). Will definitely come back if we return to Providence!

I lived on College Hill in Providence for 9 years. Meeting St Cafe was my favorite restaurant. Their menu has such a delicious spread of options - the Thanksgiving Sandwich is the greatest sandwich on the planet. The family who runs the restaurant is so kind. I encourage anyone in the area to order curbside takeout and/or delivery to support this business during these rough times. ❤
