Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Today I visited this tropical smoothie because we were in the area but we usually go to the one on Royal Palm, Tranice was so welcoming & nice. The smoothie was perfect. She even gave us a card to use for next time, following with a nice message on our cups!! This location will definitely see me again, This employee was very sweet & welcoming.

Pleasant experience. Very fresh tasting food. Close to our house so this is a win win. Thai wrap was very tasty, so was the kale salad. Sweet potatoes good but I preferred a little more cooked, but definitely not a deal breaker. I tried to order in the phone for pick up manager said just have your friend order when she gets here LOL made me laugh my friend doesn’t do well with orders or using cc.

This is my new go to place I’m so pleased you open up 1.5 miles from my home. Ample parking, extremely friendly staff and manager.

I don't know how the other location is but the one at 6901 Okeechobee Blvd is amazing! Ordered a "Island Green" from here after asking some questions and I am very happy with the results! The place is clean and well organized and the employees are friendly and helpful. Overall I must say I am quite happy with this place so far, I am definitely going back soon! Thanks for the great experience! 👍

Tropical Smoothie Cafe (6901 Okeechobee) did it again. Not only is the food great but the customer service is top notch! I want to personally thank Aidan for taking the time to talk to me about the Green Dream Bowl and Acai Bowl. Major upsale since I purchased both with my two meals and smoothies. David and Nancy, Aidan deserves a bonus! 🙂 His sweet demeanor was infectious and his knowledge of the menu was great! Not sure how you do it but your location always has the best staff!! Blessings

Went in not sure what I wanted and Tranice was amazing in helping me make a decision! She was very welcoming and patient. She handled herself very well! With her help I would go back. Bahama Mama Smoothies were very good and something I would have again!!!

Samantha was excellent! Very friendly and welcoming! And she made my smoothie to perfection!!! A peanut butter cup with almonds and oats :) she’s a pleasure! Jordan was cool too! Overall great experience

Great space! So much seating inside and outside! Quick service and yummy products.

The staff were extremely friendly and polite. They brought my food out to me ❤. I ordered the Açaí bowl, packed full of yumminess. Store was very clean. This was a totally different experience than another location nearby…..so much better!!

Great location. I went there this morning 11/22/23. The staff is very welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. I will go there again. I got the southwest chicken wrap and pomegranate plunge with yogurt added.

Being a first timer, I was greeted by the owner Dave, and wonderful staff who explained everything. Food was fresh and green smoothie was delicious.

About 2 weeks ago I got the pleasure of being served by Samantha, who made me the best mango magic smoothie l've had in awhile, she was polite and patient with quick service. The manager, Brianna, was equally as kind and made sure I was being cared for and was receiving the best service. I went back the other day and although my smoothie couldn't compare to my previous one, it was still delicious and as the service was great.

Everytime I go in there the staff is amazing. Not sure if the gentleman with the blue shirt is owner or manager but he is always nice and seems like he treats his employees good. The customer service at this place is amazing. I absolutely love this place. I definitely will come back all the time. Thanks for another great experience and the food and smoothies are so good

It was my first time going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I liked that they had menus by the door. I ended up trying the avocado grilled cheese with the Kiwi Quencher and it was delicious. Thank you Sarah and her coworkers for the quick, great customer service, and delicious food!

I always love my experience at Tropical Smoothie. However, with this particular location, I have to say that the service here is amazing. Workers are very kind and hospitable. Specifically one worker in particular. I think her name is jackie (?) she’s always so sweet and always makes the experience of paying feel effortless.

Beyond happy to officially have a Tropical Smoothie super close to home, Okeechobee Blvd truly needed one. Food is always fresh and tasty! Love that the staff puts cute/inspiring messages on the cups, it definitely brightens my day. I’ll 100% be back!!

I am genuinely impressed with the way this branch was ran. The leadership of the manager was exemplary. I visited at a rush hour lunch time and there had to be at least 20 guests in the store during the whole hour. I even overheard that they had a $300 order they were simultaneously working on. Well ran! Great food

I work across and I order almost daily. Never had an issue. I don’t know what the people with the 1 star reviews are talking about. It’s a smoothie. Get over it
