Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Like many places with many ordering delivery, they may be empty but still busy. Not enough people to handle peak times well, that’s poor management. The food is good and prepared well. Two people doing everything are just not enough.

I see many replies by management telling people to follow some link and re-enter their feedback… you are wasting the feedback. Consider yourself lucky for anyone to take the time to give ANY feedback. Don’t ask people to jump through hoops to do it some special way. Don’t be surprised when the location tanks because no one filled out your form. Do better!

This place is going to make me broke LOL. We love going here since it has opened. It’s clean and the workers are very nice. There are even UNO games out for a quick fun game with my daughter who loves it! Keep up the good work!

They needed an extra person working that day. Overall, it was fine, and their smoothies were amazing. My babies loved it.

Amazing atmosphere!! They even brought our drinks straight to our table. And if you get bored they have a deck of uno cards on every table to play with!

Just opened and first experience here was excellent...quick service,friendly staff...Got a Strawberry Margarita smoothie from Teagan and it was Awesome on this HOT day.

Always great food. Would appreciate if they accepted Amex. All my business expenses are on that card...

Food and smoothies are very delicious. All Tropical smoothies including this one have always maintained a very clean and healthy presentation and I love them all

I eat at this location 2 or 3 times a week. The staff is friendly and the food is yummy!

I always order an acai bowl. I was really sad on my latest order. I ordered two acai bowl for pick up and it was not cold. The acai bowl was watery.

It’s so good but i always wait half an hour for a smoothie 💔

I love tropical smoothie, but every time I come to this location they never blend the smoothies correctly. I always get ice chips and I can’t drink my smoothie. A smoothie is supposed to be smooth not icy. I only gave 2 stars because the quesadilla was good.

This place has got to get it together!! I was all excited when they opened one closer to my house but I will stick to the one on Jog & Okee for now.

Showed up to pick up my online order after the estimated pickup time. Nothing was done yet. I asked if I could switch my smoothie since it wasn't made yet. Manager said I can't because I order a $7 smoothie. Makes no sense because the smoothie I wanted to switch it to was the same price and I didn't even see any smoothies on the menu for $7. She then handed me my smoothies while I waited for a wrap. I drank about half of my smoothie when I noticed the staff just hanging out and I asked If my wrap hasn't been made yet, go ahead and cancel it. The staff started asking each other questions on where my food was. Manager came back to tell me I can't cancel it since it was already made and had been sitting on the counter in the back for 10min. She held it up in the air and made me walk up to her (my foot is in a cast). I almost threw everything on the floor and walked out. So much for Tropical Smoothie Cafe by my house....
