First time in the store today
Best customer service I have had in years. Every employee I spoke with knew the answer and was happy to help. Hats off to management and staff.

I always have a good experience when coming here! Shout out to Erica for always being the most helpful when I visit the store. I feel like she is ALWAYS there when I go so that’s the first person I look for when needing something! She’s very knowledgeable about products and always offers to help when we aren’t able to find anything. 😊

Got my couches here please do not go through their only guy that delivers I suggest you order online so you can get some guaranteed help. Or pick up yourself like I did. Overall great quality.

I went to check out the new location and was pleasantly surprised of how much this stored had. It's like a Dollar General on steroids. I don't shop at Walmart or Target so it was a good store to pick up the items I needed that I couldn't pick up at a local grocery store. I'll be back.

The people there are among the kindest I have ever met and are doing the lord's work, I missed chilling on the couch in the store for a bit and then doing my shopping.

I had never been inside a Big Lots before. Living only a short distance away, I decided to walk up there and take a look. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. It was big, clean, organized and well-stocked. Having now shopped there several times, I'm surprised at how slow this store is. There are never very many people inside, even on the weekends. So if you like to shop without being bothered by large groups of people, this is the place to go. They have a limited grocery selection, but quite good when it comes to items for the bed, bath, kitchen, garden, furniture, pets, etc. The staff is quite friendly as well.

I like to go to big lots there prices or good and they have just about anything you are looking for.

Nick the manager and his staff are the best. Very helpful. Definitely coming back here. We always do.
