I recently visited Richland Nutrition, and I must say, the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I tried the banana pie shake, which was not only delicious but surprisingly under 300 calories. It's hard to believe a shake this good isn't laden with calories. I'll definitely be going back for more. If you're looking for a guilt-free treat that doesn't compromise on taste, I highly recommend Richland Nutrition. It's the perfect place to satisfy your dessert cravings while staying on track with your health goals.

We haven’t had an item of the menu that wasn’t fantastic. They are kind and sincerely care about the quality and freshness of what they serve. This is our “go-to” spot for fresh smoothies!

I tried the grape nerds tea bomb and the dragon fruit açaí bowl. Both were delicious and I’m feeling the energy to get me through this work day 😄
