McDonald's

It's McDonald's I don't normally eat on the go and I'm not a big fan of fast food. The staff was amazing and patient. I didn't know the menu so it took me some time to order. My 5 star review is mainly based on the McDonald's Team. The were just amazing. The food was fresh and tasty. I got exactly what I ordered. The restaurant seemed very clean and well-maintained. Thank you McDonald's for a good experience.

This is a nice place with a good parking lot. I gave it a 4 on atmosphere because it used to be a log cabin with a big bear. That wad really cool. Now it's like all the rest.

Average McDonalds food, I went through the drive-thru and the person working was very friendly and go my order correct.

Today 5-24-23 about 2pm I got my order and to my surprise prepared to perfection. Food cooked correctly and neatly put together. French fries that weren’t rushed. Golden brown not soggy and wet. That crew, that day is a great example. Best McDonald’s experience and I travel the state each day for work and always have to eat on the road.

Nice and clean, staff friendly. Food, well, it's McDonalds. Isn't particularly helpful for my Celiac diet.

Great for a quick bite to eat. Love the bar style seating. Service was quick and fresh. Could use a bit of moping in the dining area.

Was fast and hot. Plus nice ppl and order was accurate.

Food was wonderful and the staff were very kind. The seats were a little dirty but nothing you can't brush off. Overall 10/10. I got my food very fast.

I have come to many conclusions after reading all these reviews. Yes, drive through has its moments where it's slow. I also have made up my mind that all these negative reviews are seasoned idiots. People always have something to bit@$ about, to make themselves feel better because they are unhappy themselves. Also these people haven't been to the Gull Road Mcdeez, or the formally know location at Riverview. I drive from Gull here because everytime I get my food, it looks like the picture on the menu. So I will continue to support this little town McDonald's. All the other people bitc@ing, make food at home.

Usually I wouldn't rate a McDonald's UT this one had the best window order staff I've ever encountered. I hate a special request and normally it's brutally messed up. This employee took the time to confirm my request, what it was, and make sure the request was fulfilled. Kudos to this location.

First time I stopped here. Ordered big breakfast. Didn't get chocolate milk or hashbrown. Had to ask twice once for each thing I found missing. Won't stop here again.

Stopped at the Richland McDonald's first at 6:30am, they were supposed to open at 6am, was told they only had 2 people and couldn't open, bs,one takes orders and one cooks, 12 miles out of our way!!!
So we went to McDonald's in Hastings, had fast and courteous service, 6 pancake meals, 8 burritos, 6cappuccinos, sausage biscuit meal and didn't have to pull over and wait!! Thank You Hastings McDonald's, good job keep it up.

Quick lunch stop. Food was hot and up to standards. Staff seems friendlier at this McDonald's.

Hot and fresh is always best! Salty fries, chicken nuggets, chicken sandwhiches, McDoubles, everything the family wants and loves!

A friend brought me there later at nite. The staff was super friendly an humorous... She said it would be a few min since they had to catch da chicken... He was getting chick mc nuggs an I ordered a chick sand he said it usually takes a little longer here. But they make it fresh. Good idea, after being told be careful the chickens hot. We were on our way, tasted great. Thanks

This place has improved a lot over the last few months..

Any one Except for the riverview store. I will never go to that location again. Twice I have been to that location and the store was disgusting. The employees were being vulgar in front of the customers, and (both times mind you) they have not put chicken on my mcchicken . They need to let rid of that location or replace the entire staff with respectable people that will do their jobs properly.

Very busy all the time but it's a fast go thru. Great customer service!

One of the best McDonald's I've been to! I actually got hot fresh fries unlike the cold old ones I usually get. I wish we had a McDonald's like this close to us. Only been there once but it was very good

The best McDonald's I have had in 20 years. I hate McDonald's and stopped eating it for years. The food here was really good. I just had a Sausage Egg(scrambled) not poached, cheese McMuffin, but now I go back once a week.
