Meiners Market

I like that they have cold diet cokes in a nice walk in fridge. Candy is cheaper than QT. The air costs 75 cents and it actually works unlike the QT free air. Looks like they have a revolving door of hourly workers but that's not my business. My only "complaint" is their 91 octane price is too high compared to QT. If they have to charge more than QT please buy 93 octane or sell 91 octane no ethanol. The fudge is gone but still lots of sweet treatz.

Had a flat tire this am on our way to church and a helpful man stopped to assist us. He was very kind. it turns out he is part of the Meiners family. There seems to be so little kindness in the world today but this man proved that there are good people out there. We get gas here, use the car wash and suggest others support this family owned business.

Family owned convenience store. Phillips 66 brand gas. Store makes own fudge in a large variety of flavors. Jelly Belly jelly beans are available as well.

Well since I lived in Arbor for off and on, I frequent this place a lot. It’s hard to not give a gas station a great review unless you just have a miserable experience. It’s kinda funny I go from Rating a Cota Rica vacation, to a gas station. The people are nice and shop here instead of the Walgreen for certain stuff because it is Family Owned. Just do me a solid and give the employees a break. Just one 15 min break. I know how hard it is to stand behind an island and work for 10-12 hours. The fudge is good. The people are nice.

Love this convenience store. I go out of my way some days to grab some fudge and an ice cold Coke! Super nice people.

Is her family run business and I enjoy all the people who work there and they're always working to make the store look pretty

I guess you have to be “FAMILY” to get good customer service at Meiners. No greeting, no smile, and a whole grimace when I informed the person at the station that the air compressor wasn’t working and that I had paid the $0.75. He act like he didn’t want to give me the refund and didn’t believe me. He could have kept the money! I just thought he should be aware so he could put up a sign and prevent others from depositing their little money. RUDE!!

You need new management here. I walked in the door to an employee quitting because two employees, one I presume was the manager, were making fun of her and treating her very poorly. These two ganged up on her making fun of her forcing her to try to defend herself. This was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in a work place let alone somewhere that you have customers. Needless to say I walked out of the store and went to the gas station down the road. If I was that employee I would sue for harassment. By the way this is the first review I’ve made because this situation made me feel so bad.

I just visited the Meiners gas station and had the worst customer management exchange. Our family has 6 vehicles and lives within 1 mile of of Meiners. We have always frequented this business because the Meiners attended st Thomas More where my grandmother was the school principal. No more-my mother went to fill up her tank and had difficulty with the pump. She tried another pump and it would take the credit card and give the okay to fill the tank and then turn off. When she went in to ask for help the taller clerk told her to go to quik trip. The other clerk was tiny and looked to be 12-14 and although he was giggling…he told the taller clerk” come on man you at least have to try”. The clerk never made eye contact with her and repeated “go to quik trip that’s where I get my gas”! We will be going to quik trip. This happened at 18:10 on 08/21/23 check your video feed.

They seriously need to clean their ice maker more consistently. Noticed black speckles (possibly mold) through their fountain drink ice a while back and after numerous complaints by other customers they finally cleaned it.....a couple months later it is now back. You can find it in their bags of ice also. Gross. Beware

I will never give them my business again I used to go there daily to I had a experience with them when my 18 year old daughter worked there they are racist and they discriminate for Religious reasons they over work people with no breaks at all And they are Violating health codes. Please give your money to someone else .

Terrible customer service. Morning cashier was very rude to me. So I decided not to spend my money at the location.
