This UPS Store is great. They are fast, efficient and alway helpful! The two owners are a pleasure to work with and the service is top notch.

Almost,Every time I enter the store, the staff always have an upbeat attitude and a smile on their face.

Customer service! Nice friendly attentive! For us and we saw that with other customers that came in!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I came in to this UPS yesterday with 87 packages to mail because of my job and they were incredibly helpful, patient and went above & beyond. Melissa helped me for the 2 hours it took and she was incredibly fast and diligent in her work while she was the only employee there. Jeff came into the store on the later half and was incredibly helpful as well! Bonus points for a good pandora playlist playing and a very clean store. My new favorite shipping spot - thank you!

I want to take a moment to share my pleasurable customer experience with Jeff.  My experience over the last few weeks has been refreshing and exceeded my expectations. Jeff's responses was prompt, guidance was helpful, has an abundance amount of patience (please share that with me),  and was always extremely professional . Jeff knows the business well and what works best. He provided helpful tips to assist us with our business printing goals.

I've had multiple projects that I've needed printing for, and my mother recommended this specific UPS Store because she said the owners were amazing people and have always been super helpful for her. My experience has been the same. Jeff has been a pleasure to work with. He's very knowledgable about printing and making things look the right way, for my full bleed projects, but he also gets things done fast. Been super pleased with their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great customer service and professionalism. We needed some marketing materials urgently, and were able to pickup within a few hours! We tried several places, and this Locally Owned UPS store and its staff were the only ones able to make it happens.

There is a guy who works here named Pe’Aire and he is hands-down the most polite, most helpful person I have experienced in quite a long time. I was sending some important things for my sister’s wedding and he stayed late to help me package it up, even let me put tape on the box to have some peace of mind. And on top of it all, his politeness made me feel like I was at the concierge at a fancy hotel.

Excellent customer service! I was behind a man in line that apparently didn’t have the correct address to send his package to and the young man (employee) did everything he could to help him figure it out. He was so patient and kind. Super cool to see! All around great experience every time.

I was mailing some expensive and sentimental items, and Jeff was awesome. He let me watch him pack everything up and was super friendly and patient. I would recommend this store and Jeff for all of your shipping needs. I shipped five boxes with Jeff, and everything arrived in perfect condition! Jeff is the best!!

I wanted my planner changed from its original binding into a spiral bound notebook (it's much easier for me to write in and I will be using it a lot).
I brought it in and didn't have to wait long at all for him to coil bind it. I'm very pleased with the outcome and will use them in the future.

Great customer service. I had never used EDDM before and Jeff walked me through the steps, made some small suggestions for the mailer and took care of getting them to the USPS. Will be using them again in the future!

The customer service is outstanding! It’s close to home but I would go out of my way just to go to this location! I have a P.O. Box and I get printing done for my small business. Usually posters for sales, flyers, etc. All I have to do is email my idea and they make it a reality! Really fast turnaround!

Jeff worker extra hard to ensure my printed fliers looked perfect! We had issues with the coloring that he took time to fix. I will definitely go back.
