I spent a few bucks more to buy my new fridge from these guys, but it was worth every penny. Their expertise in selecting exactly the right model for my needs and space was awesome! Their delivery by Austin and Chad was flawless. They took off the doors that needed taking off and put them back like nothing happened. They somehow kept my floors clean during a Michigan winter. They were nice and friendly and cared about my home while they installed my new fridge and hauled away the old one. I will be buying a new microwave here next.

Received 3 appliances from Bill & Rod's Appliance this afternoon. Brendan & Austin did the delivery and did a great job. They were very professional, answered all my questions, reminded me about registering my appliances, and cleaned afterwards. They were great through the entire process, from sales through delivery/installation. I highly recommend purchasing your next appliances from here.

I wasn’t familiar with Bill and Rod’s but was referred to this company by someone I met while at work. I’m so glad I listened to him!! I went to the Livonia location and had the pleasure of working with Karen Scanlon. She’s great to work with and really knows her products!!! We got the best price on our GE Cafe gas range and refrigerator of all the other places we’d been to. On top of that, we had an incredible team for the delivery. Steve and Jason were top notch and just went above and beyond to insure that the delivery and installation went smoothly. At the end they went over all the functions and demonstrated how everything worked. I won’t shop anywhere else for appliances!!!!

This place is the best! We have been long time customers at the Livonia location and was super excited when they opened closer to us. We needed a refrigerator...and they have done everything and beyond to make sure that we got the one we wanted, and we had a refrigerator available until it come in.

Sal and Austin promptly arrived to install the oven. They advised on procedures for first time use and provided wonderful customer service!

They got me a new dishwasher quickly and at a fair price, the guys who did the install were great and left no mess. Very happy

Jason and Austin installed my dishwasher this morning. They arrived on time and were very friendly and explained everything to me. They cleaned up and were quick:)

Good service and prices. Sales person Dave, helped us out alot. Size of washer, had a hard time getting it in the house. Second trip it worked out good. Installation team did a great job. I appreciate all they did for us. Will recommend Bill & Rods to my friends. Thank all of you very much.

Sal and Jason just delivered and installed our new oven. They were courteous and respectful. They even took time to talk to our dog. They explained the installation process and gave us information about how to use our new oven. We will definitely request them for our next purchase from Bill and Rod’s.

My grandma Gwendolyn Horne got a new refrigerator and they helped tremendously. Jason and Sal were great and professional. The hospitality was amazing. We appreciate them so much. They did the job in a timely manner as well.

Always great service from Jason in sales, and installers Steve and Chris were on time, friendly, polite and respectful, nice to my dog :), and very helpful with a demo and instructions before they left. In and out in 90 minutes, even with removing my old appliance and having to make some on-the-spot adjustments.

Sal and Kenny did a great job delivering and putting our dish washer in. And removing our old one for us. Would definitely recommend over Home Depot/lowes.

Sal and Chad were great with the install. They made sure everything was set up perfectly. They noticed a few issues with the appliances that happened in shipping and made sure to request new parts for me.
