Walked in to look for a new replacement for my old phone. The person I think his name was Cesar was very helpful and helped me get started with a new phone. Definitely coming back to t-mobile

I walked in the other day looking to buy a new phone. Cesar helped me a lot and was very respectful. Definitely recommend going here.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for years and enjoy their excellent service, promotions, and personalized service. Each customer is different and unique about their phone.
I have been trying desperately to activate my phone at home but it would not cooperate! Caesar was right there to assist me as I walked in. He tried several different things to assist in activation and he did well, he gave me a customer service department number and with that, I was able to activate my phone.

Long story short T-Mobile billed me for an account a year later after I had closed it.

One of the associate managers (Rene) spent over an hour with me, while we were on the line with customer care.

He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. If I ever decide to change back to T-Mobile. I know where to go and who to speak with.

This store overall is 100% the best in customer service.

This T-mobile staff, was so welcoming , and helpful, from the moment we walked in to store!Luis went above and beyond he's been so helpful on many occasions and today he really was a lifesaver. I have had an issue , with my contacts , and he solved, it in a matter of minutes. Made my day , my week , my month, he's the best!

Sure TMobile is a great carrier and have great phones and plans but what sets this location apart is Amanda. This young lady is super knowledgeable and took a great deal of time with us. She knows the plans and phones and listens to the customer to get them matched up the best. So glad we stopped in and had the opportunity to work with her. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff.

I have stopped here to have issues fixed in two different occasions. They got things taken care of quickly and without a hassle.

The parking can be a pain during busier times, but it's worth it.

The staff is fluent in Spanish for those friends & family that needed it.

The best t-mobile experience I've had yet! Jose welcomed my family and I once we walked into the store. We were with Sprint so we were looking to transfer carriers... Jose explained the deals they had going on, got my information, showed us all the phones they had, worked his magic, and we walked out the store with 3 NEW phones & LINES!!! Free netflix too! Yayyy!! Thank you Jose!! You have great customer service & we are definitely referring family and friends to this particular store!! We have better service & my phone bill is WAY lower!! Thank you!!

Friendly Service, nice phone selection. Wish rates were lower when bundled with multiple phones and love lines. However, T-Mobile rates are competitive with the other carriers.

Love this location always helpful and willing to help. Today we went in to restore my phone and Sherwin was very attentive and went above and beyond yo help us get all of our data back.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. I went in with a small problem and they spent all the time needed until I was completely satisfied with the answer. Will be back when I decide to move our cell service.

That's my service store. There the best store most polite people just restored inside on used furniture. If you go there ask for Jose he's the best I'll take care of you.

My visit was awesome. David deserves 10 stars, he knows his stuff and is super nice. Knows how to take care of his custoners!!!
