The guy who was working there was knowledgeable and had some good suggestions. They surprisingly had a decent selection of older Xbox 360 games. Store looked well organized and taken care of. I’ll be going back in the future to grab some more games.

Great deals, friendly, helpful staff

Came in to buy DayZ and you did not have it. The young blonde employee who was working was wicked friendly and helped me find the game at another location near by and even had the address and phone number all printed for me. Service was a 10/10 glad to know this game stop is close to home.

We went over the Christmas holiday to use a gift card - the staff at this store went above and beyond to help figure out how it worked. best customer service experience - excellent team. This has become our store of choice.

Not a huge selection of Xbox games, so we went farther out to the Ahwatukee location. When we got home one of our CD’s was cracked so we went back to this location to return it. Ben had excellent customer service and swapped it out right away, even throwing in a free 1 year warranty! It’s hard to find good customer service these days and we were happy that the issue was resolved so well.

This location is actually fantastic, and the employees are excellent and friendly. :)

My entire family came in towards closing last night and had such a wonderful experience with Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable when it came to us bombarding him with questions about the PlayStation store. He was also very patient and kind to my 7 year old nephew who took his time to count out his money for the transaction. We truly appreciate you Jeremy! Thank you for the amazing service.

Went in with my kids to pick out a few games to celebrate the first day of school. The place was ice cold and felt great considering the heat outside. Joe was awesome and helped us find everything we needed. He was professional and friendly. Lots of great merch and collector items too.

Tried the survey from their receipt. Seriously, make it easier! Alex, was awesome came into exchange some headphones and no worries were given. All in all great experience! My son even managed to squeeze an extra $20 out of my pocket

I’ve been going to GameStop since I was little and ive always loved going because it’s always been a safe place for me to go. Luna and Mike were so so cool man, I liked this placed a lot.

Workers were friendly and helpful. They even offered to see if they had a cheaper pre-owned copy of the game I was about to buy without me asking them.

Probably the nicest staff at this location of all I've been to. I've been to some locations with okay staff, and really bad staff. But I try to return to this one since the staff always seems nice and friendly here, and not a forced friendly.

We have only been to this location two times but I frequent the Gamestops closer to home more than I care to thanks to my kids. I think you have to understand that you get paid a fraction of what you think a game or phone is worth, for trades, but if you put the credit toward a new purchase it helps offset the price and honestly it's kind of hard to sell games on Craigslist or eBay or maybe if you are a busy parent that's just not how you want to spend your time. I found the store to be smaller than some stores I have been in but the employees to be friendly and helpful. I would visit again. PS they have a creepy recording that says you are being watched but it's a recording and not because of you looking sketchy!!

Great place to get the latest and retro video games and accessories. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Plus, they have really great ongoing sales. Ask for Okai, he knows video games new and old.

Placed an online order and picked it up within the hour! Store was really clean and the layout was nice. Plenty of gaming stuff to purchase!

My Xbox broke and I was out running around trying to find a replacement for the same day. Went to 2 other stores and everyone was out. Walked into GameStop and bam! Walked out with a refurbished Xbox in less that 10 minutes. Great service <3

The workers are very kind and helping, they recognize some regulars and it just makes it a more inviting place to go to. Really good service compared to some other game stops
